Wait over 2 days to get back my money


Hello

I write this complain because I find this not very professional from the casino.

I made the 8th March a deposit of 20€ with my Neteller account. But the 20€ were "on pending" in my casino account. After 24h I send them a mail to get back my 20€ into my neteller account. Meanwhile I wrote them 5 times and sent them a lot of screenshots that the amount was debited from my Neteller account (see screenshot). I received always the same answer: I have to wait , they will come back to me soon. I only want my money back (i speak here about only 20€) into my Neteller because meanwhile I closed my account in the casino I hope you can help me
