Withdrawal rejected and now says wrong currency type

Hi, I have deposited over $1000 to this site without a glitch, All in NZD currency as per my sign up procedure, I then won $2000 dollars and selected the withdrawal via bank transfer as I have done with other casino's. My account is verified.

It has now been rejected and will not allow me to deposit or withdrawal as it says You do not have available payment systems for this currency.

I have screen shots of the withdrawal before and after, I also have screen shots from the VIP manager saying my account is verified.

Even after I made multiple deposits and I could select multiple options to withdrawal but now they are gone.

This seems suspicious as it allowed me to sign up with NZD and deposit with NZD and there were options to withdrawal via card, bitcoin, skrill etc but now they have all gone.

Would really like to get this money.

Hi this has now been solved and my withdrawal has been processed.
Looks to have been a glitch where it said I do not have the rite currency
