Hello,

I was depositing 350 euros and waiting for 20 days, but the deposit has not yet been processed and is not reflected in my account.

Despite having spoken to the VIP manager multiple times (at least 100 times), I have only been told to wait. This leads me to believe that you are not interested in processing my deposit and that this is a scam.

I expect a resolution to this issue immediately.

After a thorough investigation, we found that the deposit in question was not made at our casino. According to our payment provider, the transaction was rejected because the 3DS authentication was not completed within the required timeframe. This means that the deposit was never successfully processed on our platform.

Additionally, the payment confirmation screenshot you provided does not match the timestamp of the transaction you attempted at our casino. The payment descriptor also does not correspond to our provider, which strongly suggests that the funds were sent elsewhere.

To resolve this, we recommend the following steps:
1. Review any other transactions made on May 8 to verify where the funds were deposited.
2. Contact your bank or payment provider to check the exact destination of the funds and request further details.

Golden Crown Casino Close Account After Deposit

I became aware of the casino through your site.

I registered today 1.05.20225 and deposited $100 via Cashlib. Seconds later, my account was deactivated. I contacted support, who told me my account had been deactivated due to gambling addiction.

I tried to explain that I had just registered and deposited $100, and then my account was deactivated.

Why didn't they do this immediately upon registration instead of after the deposit?

Support said they forwarded it, but I don't trust the casino anymore.

Casino support always sends the same excuse: I should send a deposit proof with the date, name, time, and full name. Even though I've mentioned several times that I deposited via Cashlib voucher, and the date, name, time, and full name aren't there. If you want, you can check it through my blocked account, but they're just looking for an excuse not to return my deposit. First, they let me register and deposit, and then my Account immediately blocked

For days the casino has been writing that my case has been forwarded to the responsible department. Today is May 7, 2025. However, the deposit was made on May 1, 2025.

Wait over 2 days to get back my money

Hello

I write this complain because I find this not very professional from the casino.

I made the 8th March a deposit of 20€ with my Neteller account. But the 20€ were "on pending" in my casino account. After 24h I send them a mail to get back my 20€ into my neteller account. Meanwhile I wrote them 5 times and sent them a lot of screenshots that the amount was debited from my Neteller account (see screenshot). I received always the same answer: I have to wait , they will come back to me soon. I only want my money back (i speak here about only 20€) into my Neteller because meanwhile I closed my account in the casino I hope you can help me

Saying I have entered incorrect details

This Casino is trying to run rings around me delaying my withdrawal,

I have waited 54 hours and multiple emails asking me to wait it will be processed soon. To now telling me I have entered my bank address wrong and asking me to try again,

I have sent a screenshot of my bank address to verify it is correct.

Can this please be sorted out so I can receive my money and find a trustworthy casino to play on

Withdrawal rejected and now says wrong currency type

Hi, I have deposited over $1000 to this site without a glitch, All in NZD currency as per my sign up procedure, I then won $2000 dollars and selected the withdrawal via bank transfer as I have done with other casino's. My account is verified.

It has now been rejected and will not allow me to deposit or withdrawal as it says You do not have available payment systems for this currency.

I have screen shots of the withdrawal before and after, I also have screen shots from the VIP manager saying my account is verified.

Even after I made multiple deposits and I could select multiple options to withdrawal but now they are gone.

This seems suspicious as it allowed me to sign up with NZD and deposit with NZD and there were options to withdrawal via card, bitcoin, skrill etc but now they have all gone.

Would really like to get this money.
