AGCCS Is on Top of Its Game Resolving a $450K-Worth Player Complaint

With so many resolved complaints daily, it's sometimes hard to single out the newsworthy ones. But this one was a no-brainer!

Last week, an AskGamblers player contacted our Casino Complaint Service with a delayed withdrawal request worth no less than $450,000! So, we did what we do best - we made the casino do right by its customers.

AGCCS Wows Us, Again!

So, last Wednesday, a player nicknamed bonapa got in touch with our Complaints team and asked for help in recovering $450,000 from WOW Vegas Casino.

According to the player, he recently won over $500,000 at WOW Vegas and began withdrawing the money in increments, adhering to the withdrawal limits, without any issues.

Weeks later, however, bonapa's account was locked, and the casino claimed that the player was in breach of Terms and Conditions as he had registered from New York, a restricted state at WOW Vegas. Despite submitting documents with a Florida address, where he physically resided at the time of signing up at the platform, the casino chose to stop communicating and keep the remaining winnings.

This is where AGCCS stepped in. bonapa attached all the documents our team needed, and in less than a day, the casino agreed to pay out the rest of the money.

AGCCS Breaking Records, Day by Day

Although this was by far the biggest complaint in September, one could think that it was a record-breaking sum. But one would be wrong, because back in July, we successfully resolved a complaint worth over $500,000. You can revisit it on the following link.

You know the drill: if the casino is acting up and refuses to do right by you, just go to our Complaints page and submit one.
