We take great pride in everything we do, whether guiding you to the best casinos or writing engaging blogs. But there's a thing that trumps everything else because it perfectly embodies our combined efforts to ensure our players are treated justly: resolving complaints in your favour.
Recently, the AskGamblers Complaint Service (AGCS) cleared a complaint worth an impressive €515,400 and helped a player from Germany get their money back.
Swift Resolution of a Serious Issue
Not being able to withdraw money from an online casino is already a pain in the neck, but being denied half a million euros is a horse of another colour.
This is exactly what happened to AskGamblers member dennis976, who reported a withdrawal issue to our AGCS team asking for assistance in recovering €515,400 from 22bet Casino.
After receiving the first instalment of the requested amount, 22bet stopped paying out the rest of the money and asked the player for another KYC check. They complied, and the cashout request was cleared for payment. Days after, however, the money was still nowhere in sight.
The complaint against the casino was submitted on 7 April 2025 and it took us a day to process it. As usual, our AGCS agent requested additional documents supporting the player's claim.
Fortunately, there wasn't much back and forth with the casino and the issue was resolved quickly: after only three days, the full outstanding payment of €515,400 was transferred to dennis976's account.
Breaking Records One Complaint at a Time
This was one of the biggest complaints we managed to resolve in favour of our players, but there are countless more we receive and process every day. Big or small, we treat every player's complaint equally, pulling all the stops to right a wrong.
