WOW Vegas Casino - Redemption page blocked by an verification overlay
I am submitting this formal complaint regarding an ongoing issue I have been experiencing when attempting to redeem winnings on your website.

Each time I log into my account and click on “Redeem”, the redemption page appears briefly (for about 1–2 seconds) before being blocked by an overlay stating:
“Your account has been verified. You may now close this page.”

The problem is that this overlay completely prevents me from accessing the redemption page, and there is no option to close or bypass it without being logged out of the site entirely. When I log back in, the same cycle repeats with no resolution.

I want to emphasize that my account is fully verified, as I have received official email confirmation that I am eligible to redeem winnings. Despite this, I remain unable to access the redemption page.

To troubleshoot, I have already:

Cleared my cache and cookies.

Tried multiple browsers.

Tested on different devices (phone, tablet, desktop, and laptop).

Confirmed that my internet connection is fully functional and stable.

None of these steps have resolved the issue.

I initially contacted your 24/7 live chat and was instructed to repeat the troubleshooting steps I had already completed. I was then told that my issue would be forwarded to a support team member and that I would receive an email reply within 2 hours. It has now been several days, and I have received no response.

Further attempts to reach out via live chat resulted in no replies. I then emailed [email protected]
directly, only to receive automated responses repeating the same unhelpful instructions. These automated replies also stated that live support is not available and instructed me to “create a ticket by clicking the button below.” However, no such button was included in the emails. This left me stuck in an endless cycle of generic AI-generated responses, with no actual assistance provided.

At this point, I am extremely frustrated. The lack of effective customer support and the inability to redeem verified winnings give the impression that the system is designed to avoid resolving customer issues and to delay or prevent payouts.

I respectfully request that this matter be investigated and resolved immediately so that I can access the redemption page and withdraw my winnings without further obstruction. Please provide me with a direct line of communication to a support representative who can assist me personally, rather than continuing to receive automated and ineffective replies.

I have screenshots of emails and such if needed along with a short video clip of the issue blocking me from being able to submit a redemption.

WOW Vegas Casino - Casino locked my account after big win ignoring proof of residency

Hello,

I won over $500,000 while playing on their platform. According to their withdrawal policy, the daily withdrawal limit was $5,000, and over a period of about two weeks, I successfully withdrew over $50,000 without any problems.

After approximately two and a half weeks, however, my account was suddenly locked by the casino. The reason given was that I am a resident of New York, which they list as a restricted state.

When I first registered, I used my Florida residence, where I also live. Only after my first major win, during verification, do I provide my New York driver’s license. I hold dual residency in both Florida and New York, and at the time of registration, I was physically in Florida. The casino accepted my registration, deposits, and multiple withdrawals after full verification of my documents.

Additionally, when the casino questioned my residency, they requested proof of Florida residence. I provided an electricity bill in my name registered to my Florida address, as well as my house lease agreement in Florida. It has now been over two weeks since I submitted these documents, and I have received no further response from the casino.

Blocking my account only after I won a significant amount feels unfair and inconsistent with fair gaming principles. i have complied with all verification requirements, and the casino had every opportunity to review my residency status before allowing me to play and withdraw.

I kindly request that AskGamblers review my case and help ensure that the casino honors my legitimate winnings and pending balance.

Average selection of games. Decent layout and like that there's dark mode. I Like that you can easily select games sorted by developers. The games operate smoothly.

My username is < username removed > and I am a new player on WOW Vegas. I guess I am joining the unfortunate crowd of people here who have been scammed. I actually won. A Grand jackpot. My balance is $2400 but when I attempted to verify my account, I got a generic response saying that my account can't be verified despite me uploading all supporting documents. There's no reason provided nor is there any recourse for correction. Just like so many others here, I have had no response from customer service. But, I am as tenacious as a pit bull. I will do much more than complain in a review. I will be reaching out to the IC3 and State and US Attorneys General. I will file police reports, reports with BBB, CFPB, whatever other investigative authorities I can. I will leave reviews on every single possible site. I will make it my personal mission to make life miserable for them.
It would be wonderful if they would respond and process my redemption. I would gladly change my review. I have had one response from customer service apologizing and asking me for selfie with me holding my ID which I provided immediately. 6 days ago! I have legal representation now and am about begin my campaign to shut them down and start legal proceedings in a class action lawsuit.

They don't pay out. No customer support. After spending almost 2k. Like many others the moment I try to redeem they won't verify me and lock the account. TrustPilot and Reddit are filled with people with similar experiences.

This says it right here by getting steaks you are feeding the plant. The more steaks you get the bigger the plant gets. The bonus can get activated anytime when landing a steak. This is considered a progress. The game should save the progress instead kicking you off of game as you have built up progress. When you get back on game the plant progress is started over.
Steak symbols landing anywhere on screen have a chance to activate a feature selector that will trigger one of: Creeping WILDs, Infestation Mode or Stick N' Win.
Again as your plant gets bigger the thing can get activated when a steak lands at anytime.
* Creeping WILDs adds up to 5 locked banner WILDs on screen and triggers a re-spin.
* Infestation Mode distributes 5 WILD plant symbols on screen and triggers a re-spin.

Lucky Celtic charms
If Lucky’s Gold Coins appear anywhere on screen, there is a chance of activating the Coin Pot spot prize. A higher coin count increases the chance of the spot prize award activation. Up to 5 gold coins can appear on screen at any one time. Activating the Coin Pot awards one of: Up to 3 Win Spins Up to x10 multiplier Multiplier prizes are multiplied by total coins.
Every time a coin lands on the screen you have a chance at activating the coin pot prize the higher the coins the better the chance at activation.
Again as you build up the pot the game kicks you off. Or if you log out and back in the progress for this pot starts over again and doesn’t save it like it should.

3 China pots
This game has three pots that each activate as the pots fill up. Each time you get a red coin, a purple coin or blue coin the pots fill up and then when it get big enough it triggers.
Again logging out of game and back on should keep the progress you made on the pots! When your game kicks people off during spins it re-sets the progress you made on the pots

Captain jack chest
Have three treasure chest as you get the coin for the chest color the chest for that coin gets bigger and bigger eventually, the chest opens and you get your bonus or it is has a key on it and you have to keep getting that colored coin to open the chest. If u log out off of the game or like all the time when you’re close to getting that bonus, it has a connection issue when you’re finally able to get back into the game the progress towards the chest restarts this is completely unfair.

Everything they even did a vip transfer from one of my other casinos so now I have almost gold vip for free games are great redemption could be better but best believe they pay I was paid and I had a great time my last review was a complaint this one if a rave definitely top tier
