I have been verified fully my verification email is below. I made a $8400 redemption since August 18 and I have been ignored. Since then I hope I can find resolution or even get a human to reply me. Wow vegas refuses to provide records verifying the settlement of a disconnected bonus round

On April 24, 2026, at approximately 12:15 a.m., I was playing Kraken’s Hunger by BGaming on WOW Vegas at a wager of 4 SC. I had completed 30 bonus spins and had just unlocked 10 additional free spins with a 10x multiplier when the game disconnected and began displaying a persistent error 204. I was unable to return to the game or access any other BGaming titles for roughly two days.

WOW Vegas later credited 237 Free SC and stated that the bonus had automatically completed. However, that amount appeared to correspond to the winnings already accumulated before the disconnection and did not appear to include any additional winnings from the 10 free spins with the 10x multiplier that I was unable to watch play out.

I repeatedly requested the provider-side verification records necessary to determine whether 237 SC was the correct final result. These records included the BGaming round ID, session ID, transaction IDs, timestamps, completed game log, final settlement result, bonus outcome, and any provider response showing that the remaining spins were completed and included in the settlement.

For approximately three weeks, WOW Vegas did not provide any of the requested records. Instead, representatives made statements such as, “We have verified the corresponding backend logs, and the round outcome was generated in accordance with the game’s logic and certified mechanics,” without producing the logs or any other evidence supporting that conclusion.

WOW Vegas then repeatedly instructed me to contact BGaming directly. I explained that BGaming could not locate or investigate the round without the account-specific round and session identifiers held by WOW Vegas.

WOW Vegas ultimately stated that it had provided all relevant information, declared the matter fully resolved, and warned that future messages regarding the issue might not receive a response. At no point did WOW Vegas provide the requested round record, replay, settlement calculation, provider verification, or even the identifiers necessary for BGaming to investigate. The last Kraken’s Hunger transaction visible in my account history was BGM-29634517366. The next transaction shown was BGM-29634718633, leaving no visible completed-round record for the interrupted bonus.

I am not asserting a specific missing payout because WOW Vegas has withheld the records needed to establish the actual completed result. However, the 10 remaining free spins with the 10x multiplier had the potential to award up to 5,000 times my wagered amount. I am requesting that WOW Vegas provide the complete provider-side record and replay for the disputed bonus round, including those remaining spins, the multiplier, and the final settlement calculation. If WOW Vegas cannot produce those records, I request appropriate compensation for an interrupted and unverifiable bonus round.

I recently submitted an email to the support email with my proof of address so i can redeem. Then after waiting a day nothing happened. Now my account is locked and im not receiving any updates or help or confirmation that my account is being verified. This has been an issue since November 2025. I have sent several emails, live support chats, and have talked extensively with their AI chatbot with no answer as to what is happening to my redemption. Cannot log in for nearly a year because the wowvegas system emails never arrive

I have been completely unable to log into my WOW Vegas account for close to a year. Every login attempt triggers a "login from unrecognized device" prompt that says a verification code has been sent to my email address ([email protected]). That code has never once arrived — not in inbox, not in spam, not anywhere. My email account itself works perfectly fine and I receive other emails there daily. The problem is specifically that WOW Vegas's outbound email delivery system is not reaching my address.

I have exhausted every troubleshooting step on my end: multiple browsers, incognito windows, cleared cache and cookies, desktop PC and mobile device, home Wi-Fi and mobile data, login attempts using both username and email address, Google SSO (returns error: account already exists with this email), and the Forgot Password link multiple times — no reset email arrives for that either.

I previously contacted WOW Vegas support and received only automated responses. No human agent has looked at this account. I am not disputing any payment. I simply need someone to look at the account backend and either clear whatever session or device flag is preventing login, or manually push a password reset through from their end. This is a backend email delivery failure on their system, not a user error.

I have been trying to get my account verified properly for a couple of months now and at this point, I don't get any responses whatsoever from a live support person at Wow Vegas.
It started off a little confusing because I have used my statements from Chime or sometimes my Cash App statement in the past to verify my address, numerous times. So I had tried uploading each of those documents to verify my address and it wasn't until I emailed their support that they explained that "neo-bank" statements are not valid for verifying an address. And where I live, is a small rural town so we don't get mail delivered to our house address, everything goes to a PO Box. So I sent via email what documents I could get ahold of but was told they all would not work.
Not even my tax return document would work. Which has worked for other sites for verification. I have Sweeps Coins that I won after depositing money a couple of different times on Wow Vegas and unfortunately it seems like I now will never be able to redeem anything.

Average selection of games. Decent layout and like that there's dark mode. I Like that you can easily select games sorted by developers. The games operate smoothly.

My username is < username removed > and I am a new player on WOW Vegas. I guess I am joining the unfortunate crowd of people here who have been scammed. I actually won. A Grand jackpot. My balance is $2400 but when I attempted to verify my account, I got a generic response saying that my account can't be verified despite me uploading all supporting documents. There's no reason provided nor is there any recourse for correction. Just like so many others here, I have had no response from customer service. But, I am as tenacious as a pit bull. I will do much more than complain in a review. I will be reaching out to the IC3 and State and US Attorneys General. I will file police reports, reports with BBB, CFPB, whatever other investigative authorities I can. I will leave reviews on every single possible site. I will make it my personal mission to make life miserable for them.
It would be wonderful if they would respond and process my redemption. I would gladly change my review. I have had one response from customer service apologizing and asking me for selfie with me holding my ID which I provided immediately. 6 days ago! They don't pay out. No customer support. After spending almost 2k. Like many others the moment I try to redeem they won't verify me and lock the account. TrustPilot and Reddit are filled with people with similar experiences.

The 24/7 customer support just means they have an automated email. It's been a week and I have gotten no response. Avoid and spread the word so other people don't fall victim.

I’ve played at many online casinos, but this one actually delivers on fast withdrawals. I requested a cashout in the morning, and by the afternoon, the money was in my e-wallet. That’s a huge plus for me because I hate waiting days to get my winnings. The verification process was also smooth and didn’t take forever like some other places.

There is not much that I really like about this casino. They restrict your account, they don’t pay you, they hardly have any wins on there, so there is not much good. I can say about it to be honest.

Not consistent. Hard to get your money from. Sometimes they pay you sometimes they don’t. One of the worst places I’ve played with yet. Just when you win good they will restrict your account. Bonuses are nice the variety of the games as well, but I don’t like how 5pm the games are rigged and u can’t reach anyone at all no phone number can’t talk to one set person.

Wow Vegas is scamming their customers. It only happens with software Sgaming. They have multiple bonuses within these four games the best way to describe. It would be building up progress towards one of their bonuses within the game. Now the bonus can hit at any time while you’re building the progress up clearly the more your progress builds up the better its chances of hitting are. Wow Vegas And or S gaming let you build a progress towards this and all of a sudden it has a connection issue and kick you off the game when you finally log back into the game the progress that you have created towards that extra bonus has restarted I have reached out and if they response it Don’t have anything to do with the question or game itself and how the functionality works. I have read and made copies of all of their terms and conditions as well as the rules for the games. It’s supposed to save the progress for the whole game and if it disconnects, it should finish the spin, which it finishes the spin, but it doesn’t give you the progress you have built up. Have three treasure chest as you get the coin for the chest color the chest for that coin gets bigger and bigger eventually, the chest opens and you get your bonus or it is has a key on it and you have to keep getting that colored coin to open the chest. If u log out off of the game or like all the time when you’re close to getting that bonus, it has a connection issue when you’re finally able to get back into the game the progress towards the chest restarts this is completely unfair.
