I took a payout on July 8th of $2000.00.......was told on August 8th it had been approved....still no payout... and they are not answering my e-mails. Can you help me with this?

Its been almost 3 months since a withdrawal request I made was approved and I still haven't received a check. Every time I am able to speak with anyone I get the same story. You were approved and you get your winnings we're just waiting for your acct. to be updated by our payout department. Apparently these people don't have access to a phone,so all they can do is send a "MEMO" ... Well I'm not sure exactly how many "MEMO'S" have been sent but its a lot and still nothing. I don't know what else to do I guess I will not get what is owed to me I just hope this helps some one else from this casino's wrong practices.

Lucky18 owes me $100--$50 of which was withdrawn (and acknowledged by email from Angela, Accounting Mgr) on August 8, 2012, and $50 of which was withdrawn (and acknowledged by email from Angela, Accounting Mgr) on September 2, 2012. Both emails said I'd hear from someone within 48 hours. I didn't. I've emailed my verification documents, I've emailed requesting a response. I've heard nothing since the withdrawal confirmations. withdrawal of 500 requested and was approved on june 6th 2012.
as of today July 24th 2012, same response "acct team will send out tracking #"

is this normal at this casino? i read another complaint on this site but looks like he finally got paid after two months. My withdrawal is getting close to that.. can you guys please send out the check!!

I had requested a withdrawal of $2000 in excess of 2 months ago. I was initially told I would need to complete the docs required which I did so within the first week. I have been asking every couple of weeks for the status and told by live support reps every time they are waiting for a tracking number. This is unacceptable since it has been months.

I won a substantial amount of money from Lucky 18 Casino in December 2011 I submitted an authorization form and have not heard anything from their payouts deptartment. People that answer the chat screen keep saying it is being handled by management and the accounts dept. After about 15 emails I sent to support since December 2011 I finally filed a complaint with CDS which was an icon listed at the bottom of the screen, and still nothing all I ever get from chat is they cant tell me anything now because a complaint or dispute as they call it was filed and is being handled by management and accounting.Someone please help me..This casino still is accepting peoples deposits but no one ever answers emails or sent any payments. As far as I am concerned 3 months is a long time to hear nothing
