Both Fairway and Celtic casinos are out of business, overnight. No warning, no apology, no giving back the money to players. The owners are just thieves. I tried to contact the Visionary iGaming support via email and Facebook 2 days ago but haven't received any answer so far. They seem not to care about the casinos they run - they just take money, nothing else matters for them. Since now, I do not trust the casinos located in Costa Rica, esp. those run by Visionary iGaming. Their claims about "reputation", valid "licences", etc. means nothing at all - those are just lies to keep players. They can disappear any time with all the money as in this case.

Hospitable and friendly. The Roulette Dealers are pleasant and attractive/gallant. They speak good English and some male Dealer are entertaining and respond well with your messages. You do not need to travel to find fun and entertainment. You save energy, petrol and anxiety facing the other public. Use your energy to win and have good fun at home.

Live Dealer Roulette: Timer is too short; would suggest timer be increased to 30 secs. The Dealers spin so strong and unprofessionally as they did not start spinning from last landing number as per Roulette Standard. They pick up the ball and release from some other spot, which is unprofessional, not to follow the Roulette Rule book. Also the screen is so small cannot be expanded like other casinos!!

In regards to your comments about our live roulette, I went ahead and spoke to our software provider and they gave me a quick explanation regarding your comments. The roulette timer is in fact set at 25 seconds, but even though the timer is set at that time span, players are still able to place bets when the timer reaches 0 as it activates a "Last Bets" notification. This depends a lot on the dealer at the table but usually averages a total time of about 25-30 seconds.

Next we have your observation regarding the area in which the dealer starts off the spin on the wheel. They also mentioned that to keep this as randomised as possible, it is actually recommended that the dealer does not even look at the roulette wheel when he is about to spin the ball thus demonstrating that there are no ill intentions by the person involved in the spin.

And last but not least, you mentioned about not being able to increase the screen of the video feed. This has a lot to do with the size of the monitor the customer is using, the smaller the monitor the smaller the video feed of course. I myself use a 13 inch monitor computer and I can see this perfectly from the pop up window at the game, If I maximise the size of the pop up window (making it full screen for example) then the video feed is much larger.
