Ridiculous reason to delay a payment


Withdrawal has not been processed been 2+ weeks. Made deposit with ecocard ewallet and then requested same amount to be withdrawn back to same account. Withdrawal request was approved. All paperwork submitted and authorised.
Been 2 + weeks since request and only to receive strange updates thus far saying that other players need to deposit via same methods in order for me to receive my withdrawal request and wait up until 2 weeks, which i have done.
I have requested further updates and received no response. I have also requested phone number to speak to someone in person with no response."

This is the last email response I have received.
"The processing department is having dificulties (funds have not cleared) to fund the eco account to issue payouts.
If your only option is Eco, we either wait for other players to deposit through that method and load the account or to be patiente and to continue waiting for the funds to clear. This may take up to 2 weeks.
Nevertheless, rest assure that Faiway Casino is a reputable casino and we always pay. You have been witness in the past that we have always paid you on time, we deeply apologize and appreciate your patience for this inconvenience completely out of our control.
