I researched ExclusiveBet before deciding to try the site for my sports bets. On 05-03-2025 12:11, I made an initial deposit of €100 to explore the platform and check the variety of sports markets and betting options available. Impressed by what I saw, I placed my first bet and then topped up my balance with an additional €900 on 05-03-2025 12:16.

I spent some time gambling, mainly on sports betting, and after an evening and the following morning, I noticed that my account had been restricted from placing larger bets. That was fine—I understand that gambling sites often limit winning customers, and I’ve experienced this before. In situations like this, the options are usually either to withdraw the full balance or keep it and switch to playing casino games.

I decided to withdraw my entire balance, starting with a €919.93 withdrawal on 08-03-2025 07:46, followed by another €64.88 withdrawal on 08-03-2025 15:31, bringing my balance to zero. The reason for two separate withdrawal requests was that I had pending bets that won after the first withdrawal. My second withdrawal of €64.88, that I made after the first one, got approved and paid quickly. However, my first withdrawal of €919.93 from 08-03-2025 am I still waiting on.

It has now been over nine days, and I’m still waiting for my money. This is absolutely disgraceful! Customer support keeps responding with the same copied-and-pasted template, telling me to wait, without providing any real clarification. I need answers.

Let me be clear—I am already fully KYC-verified.

Hello Askgamblers. I need some help here. I made a deposit of 2500NOK and won 18.000NOK without any bonus. I asked for an withdraw and they needed documens, I gave them all of them. Then I asked how long my withdraw would take, they said 2 days after verify of documents. Ok, I played at the casino 01/05/2016 and still havent seen any single dime at my account. I have been on livechat several times and they are telling me that they had problems with Neteller. I talked to neteller about this, and there was no issue there. After I told livechat that, they said that I needed to withdraw to my bank account even though I deposited with neteller. So I did not accept that and was told that my withdrawal was proseed may 19th and 26th may, And they did not hold up on their deal, so I got an new date, and then same problem like the first time. ExclusiveBet Casino -Confiscation of winnings?!

Hello first of all i am very happy that i am member to your site and wish you can help me with my problem.

Lets take the things from the beginning.

On 19 October i made my registration to Exclusive Bet casino with username Bul3Adr4.

I make a deposit 150 euro via method Neteller.I played Blackjack 2 bets each 75 euro
and i lost.

After that i claim the welcome bonus via chat.I receive the bonus another 150 euro and
continue to play in slot games and specific Andre the Giant with 12,5 euro each bet per spin.

After i made about 600 spins my winnings was ended 3656 euro.I finished the wagering and request for a withdrawal via Neteller the amount 2300 euro.

On 22 October they send me a email asking documents verification.I reply them and
send that documents my ID and a utility bill.

The documents has been verified as they told me via chat on 25 October and it takes
3-10 business days to receive the money.

On 29 October i try again and speak on live chat about the withdrawal because they
return back the cash out.They told me that must be made some more verification and
inform me via email for an update.

Next on 01 November i sen them email to ask if i can request for a new withdrawal,i dont get any answer from them.

Next day on 02 November i spoke live chat they told me that verify is done and i can ask
for a new cash out.I made a new one again 2300 euro via Neteller.

I waiting for 5 days and 07 November i spoke again on chat about the pending withdrawal and they told me to wait for an update.

I spoke again and last time on 11 November when i login to my account and noticed that my balance was zero.They told me that my account has similarity with other accounts and for this reason the money i have deposit have been sent back to my Neteller account the amount 150 euro.And the winnings from that deposit has been cancelled.

This is all the details i have until now and i asking for your help please to find a solution in that issue.

The site works fine. But nothing can compensate the fact that withdrawing funds seems impossible. So actually I have to say that nothing is positive in Exclusive Bet.

It seems that ExclusiveBet is a scam. It is possible to deposit money with multiple methods but it is not possible to withdraw money with these same methods. Only option is bank transfer with 20 eur fee. And they are really slow on approving withdrawal and came up with excuses on why the withdrawal is delayed.

Easy to navigate casino. Decent amount of games and providers. Standard welcome Bonus.

Probably the most mediocre live support I have encountered yet. It's like they can't help you with anything haha. Can't manually do anything with loading bonuses or spins. Take ages to reply like their using google translate to answer. Other pain is having to play certain providers in different currencies. Everything, stay away from this site. Rude live support agents who just auto answer you and then leave the chat. Withdrawal took over 1 month.

10x max cashout from a 100% bonus, what a joke. Just stay away from this casino everyone.

Wide variety of Vendors, technically everything works great (no lags, errors etc). Livechat option is available.

You can only claim the bonus via chat if you lost your first deposit. The casino does not tell you (by email or any other way) that you have to send KYC docs. So after waiting for a couple of days on my withdrawal, I find out via chat where I have to send my docs. This procedure takes approx 1 to 1,5 week. Then you will have to wait at least 2 business days for a Neteller withdrawal. So between your withdrawal request and payout will be 2 weeks minimum.

The chat is always available and quickly answered, but the chatemployees are very rude and will treat you like an ignorant 5 yo.

Decent selection of games, but nothing really impressive. Only purely positive thing I could think of is that the games was running smooth, no lag or game errors.

Got offered a 10€ free no-deposit with 50x wagering requirement, maximum cashout 100€.

Played and got a bit lucky so I was up to well above 200€. Had autoplay on to clear the last bit of wagering while not paying full attention for a little while and suddenly my balance was 80€, apparently they "remove" the outstanding balance above 100€ as soon as the bonus is wagered without a warning.

The trick here was that the maximum withdrawal was 100€, but also the minimum withdrawal was 100€.
