ExclusiveBet's T&C states 3-4 working days as usual for processing withdrawals after KYC verification is done. My account has long since been verified but I am still waiting for my current withdrawal, from the 18th of July, to be accepted. Before this, my withdrawal from the 26th of June did only reach me on the 9th of July. In fact, every previous withdrawal has only been accepted after the 3-4 working day period has passed and after I have threatened to complain at a third party mediator such as AskGamblers. Before making such threats, I have been met with vague and prolonged non-answers from their live chat every time, with no real explanation as to why they decide to not pay out in time.
I hope this will speed things up now and in the future.
My demand is that my withdrawal be accepted as soon as possible.

This complaint has been reopened as per the submitter's request and the AskGamblers Complaint Team would like to give it one more try and help both parties involved in the dispute reach a satisfactory resolution.
It should be 6000DKK, not 600DKK, as the amount of this complaint case.
I have still not heard anything from ExclusiveBet, and the payout is still just pending.
