Acelive Casino sent me an exclusive offer of 500 for 500 in the mail.

They sent after I lost before in their casino and they could see exactly how I play and my play style which was all ok according to their terms and condition.

I placed a risky bet with the 1000 I had and won big then I continued over 100 a spin all in their live roulette to complete over 40,000 in wagering and won 7000.

The bet at the beginning was a risky bet while the wagering bets were less risky but still on 12 numbers or less over 100 per spin which is still very risky.

It is not against their terms so they had to bring the "We reserve the right" well known bullshit.

Again, I say I played the welcome bonus exactly the same but they still wanted me back with an exclusive offer coming from the casino manager Gordon Allan.

I made a withdrawal on 30/04/2013! It's been 96 hours and I do not know if it was approved!

Dear Madam/Sir,

I played on AceLiveCasino.com. From 200 euros + 300 euros bonus, I made around 6300 euros.

When I tried to withdrawal the money they stated, that I am not a "recreational" player and they did not pay out any of my winnings, only my deposit (200 euros).

I received their e-mail:

And I did reply for that, because what they state in their email is not true:

From this point I started to play on different thirds (not only one third!). Changing them based on my own style! I played 2-3 days. After a while I requested a payout. It was declined, I received the following e-mail on the 2nd of October 2012:

"Hello Tamas,

My apologies for the delay in coming back to you.

I have now had an opportunity to look at your game history and can explain the reason why your pay-out requests have been declined.

As you can see from our Bonus T&C’s – outside bets (Black/Red, Even/Odd, Low/High, Dozens and Columns) do not count towards the bonus wagering requirements of €20,000 ( €500 bonus x 40 )

I hope this clarifies the situation.

And on 5th of October 2012, I received the following e-mail:

For meeting wagering requirements purposes, only inside bets (straight bets, split bets, corner bets, line bets, etc) will count towards this.

Bets on columns, dozens, split columns, split dozens, even/odd, red/black and/or low/high will not count towards meeting the wagering requirements.

Your e-mails were straight forward. I did not pay attention of the wagering requirements. At the time my account balance was around 5600 euro (from 200 euro!!). From now on I did use few times auto-play to meet the WR, because I want(ed) to know whether I will receive the money!!! The WR requirement cannot be seen on my account, that is the reason why I requested a payout. My purpose was to see If the payout works, I did not intend to payout my whole acount balance (I think it was 1200 euro out of 6000 euro).

I must highlight a sentence, it is my favourite. If I play on thirds, I cannot meet the wagering requirements!!!

I claim the bonus offer ACELIVE 150 via email and after playing according their terms of bonus i won 11k.
I send all the asked documents and after that an email came to me from support and i anwser with no reply from them

Hello,im not a part of bonus abuse,im playing alone from my home.I have played according your terms and conditions of your site.
Firstly i thought i must wait to play after you credit me the bonus
2nd i play over the 40 times wagering you have at your bonus terms( Please check the wagering)
and after playing about 3 hours i left from my computer to go to my job and of course my plan is continue playing with my winnings.
Nowhere at your site reffering how much time needed to play before withdraw my funds.
I believe that i played exactly according your general terms and i want to send me my winnings and reopen my account to continue play.

I played at Ace Live some time ago and won around 1400 euro. When I requested a withdrawal, they locked my account and accused me of "systematic betting", which, as they believe, can be a reason to void winnings. They refunded my deposit and ignored my emails where I asked for further clarification and discussion of this matter.

The excuse they use is ridiculous and is of the type one would expect rogue fraudulent casinos to use. I clearly want Ace Live to return my winnings, what they are trying to do is just robbery.
