“Power Force Villains” is another slot in the “Power Force” saga of the company “Push Gaming” and in this case, it is the turn for the villains to come together to discuss their ideas and develop a plan powerful enough to try to beat the group “Heroes” to which it belongs another of the video slots in this same saga.
At first glance, this is an attractive and modern slot, and spinning its reels produces a pleasant feeling as they do it quickly but smoothly at the same time.
One of the main features is based on the concept of forming mega-symbols from a group of identical symbols as long as they appear grouped into a minimum size of 3 x 3 reels, and this can happen in any segment of the slot.
Because in this game it is quite likely that the player will form lines massively thanks to the aforementioned feature, and basically to the fact that all symbols may appear stacked, then Push Gaming has decided to set prices sufficiently low in the paytable in order to make viable the game financially speaking, task that in my opinion has been well executed since after playing it, I have the feeling that, in the long run, the machine actually returns you at least 96.72% which is the theoretical average return to player estimated for this slot.
I think playing it is fun and that its free spins round applies new concepts that set it apart from many other slots; among them, I am very pleased that in each of the first 4 free spins, one of the 4 symbols represented by the letters J, Q, K, and A is removed from the reels, thus increasing our chances of forming mega-symbols in the following turns with the best paid symbols of the game; and if that were not enough, you can also win some “Super Spins” at the moment the feature is triggered, which are free spins with 3 x 3 mega-symbols guaranteed on the three central reels.
I think if you manage your bets appropriately, winning a few dollars in this slot should not be so difficult, since according to what I could experience today, this slot allows you to access the round of free spins with relative frequency, and this is not small thing because this is a potentially profitable round; for my part, I had a couple of rounds where I won 37x and 48x my total bet; my wins during the other rounds were below that, but I think overall that the potential of this feature is quite acceptable.
Additionally, I think the base game is not bad either, as sometimes I could also get big wins thanks to mega-symbols and stacked symbols that occasionally gave a boost to my balance, and although it is true that sometimes they happen some streaks of non-winning spins, I do not think I have anything to complain about this stage of the game.
Summing up a bit, I think “Power Force Villains” is a nice, interesting, but mostly fair game, and I think those are virtues that the vast majority of players expect to find in a video slot.
