Bitten is a video slot game from IGT. I found this game to be creepy at times but still it can bring some bloody good wins. The main theme as its name suggest is about vampires but instead of Dracula there are some ladies here, maybe they are his helpers.

The game play is a bit boring because it lacks some bonus features. There is only one special feature in this game and that is the free spins round. I managed to activate the free spins only once. It is possible to win more free spins in this game, but it all depends on the number of scatter symbols. It makes me wonder, if you cant handle the sun does it mean that you cant handle comfort either? I mean just because you live in a castle doesn't mean you cant pimp it out and have few parties now and then.

There are 20 lines and I was betting €0.60 per spin. The game straight away started giving me small wins and was pretty much average. Nothing special with few wilds here and there. The pays are not bad and I managed to get five hearts with a wild. It was a very good win and to be honest i started getting the feeling of feature coming out. I had two of them come out many times and it was the time to get three or more.

I kept on playing and finally I got three bonus symbols on the first three lines. I was presented with three coffins and I had to pick one of them to reveal my free spins. Of course the first thing I immediately associated to this name was Vampire, and I shouldn’t have disappointed when I took a deeper look at the game. Obviously, with this dark, superstition theme the game naturally got a mystic, sinister atmosphere but strangely only the great background image with moon and bats are the only visual elements that reflects it and somehow I don’t feel it at all in the symbols. The decorated candlesticks, glasses of blood, Vampire woman are the main symbols here and besides not having a top-notch graphics they’re also not too scary, enigmatic enough but this would be a minimal requirement at a game like this.

The slot has some interesting game rules, features and one of them is what I suppose will never see that there’s an extreme possibility when player can be awarded with 50 free spins up to x 50 multiplier. First when I saw this thought I read it wrong but it’s true x 50 (according to the special rules this multiplier value is valid for only 1 spins, but the previously spin has x 49 and so on). Honestly I don’t know what criteria must be met to get that many free spins but it definitely can be a big motivation.
