Withdrawal has taken almost 3 weeks

I made a withdrawal almost 3 weeks ago. They approved all my documents and said the withdrawal has been approved this was over a week ago now. However i still have not received the money. I have tried to contact their complaints email, but they never respond. Live chat tell me they are very busy and the finance department has a backlog. I would happily believe it if i hadn't already waited so long. How can a withdrawal process take almost 3 weeks, is this company operating from a bedroom.

Cancelled my withdraw after it was all approved and confirmation sent

Hi I had 2 withdral total $8000 approved and confirmation emailed to me and then after 10 days no funds were seen in my account so i contacted Majestic casino and they said that there was a error in a privious transaction were i was paid a extra $8000 and they are holding on to the money till i agree to give them permission to claim it back. I have not even recieved this money they are saying was paid out. There has been 4 transactions of withdrals gone fine and now this has come about

Unfair confiscation of funds

Hello Askgamblers. Majestic Slots Casino is dishonest! On 02.08.2016 I made my first deposit and received a welcome bonus. I was lucky, I won. After I completed all wagering requirements on 15.08.2016 I requested a withdrawal of 480$. It has already 45 days passed. I sent them many emails but got only tickets that means my emails were delivered. Nobody responded me. Every week I asked in live chat what’s happened but every support agent didn't know the reason and promised me to refer this issue to finance department. Finally, yesterday in live chat I was told that they consider I abused their T&C and they forfeited all my funds including deposit. They do not want to explain what paragraph of their T&C I violated. Dear askgamblers, please, help me to return my funds. P.S. Gamblers, don’t make a deposit into Majestic Slots Casino, this casino is a thief!

Not paying legitimate €10,000 winnings

I have registered at Majestic slots over a month ago. I took their welcome bonus offer which they grant upon registration; only part 1. I had a livechat with them about the Terms, just to feel them out as well as to ask a bit to see if they bury Terms around (typically that can be things like restricted slots, countries, betsizes etc., which at times aren't laid out as clearly as one would expect), and they seemed like a professional organization at first. That has, unfortunately, changed abruptly later on. I happened to win over 15 000 euros at one point, and end up with a bit under 10 000 euros when I completed all requirements (and then some). I completed all their verification procedures, a phone chat (they again seemed curteous and professional), ID scans, and so on. I requested a withdrawal. So now one should be exhilarated, right? You gamble, you lose, you gamble, you lose, then you gamble and happen to win! Just one thing has remained, though. And that's where they stopped being professional and curteous. Here is the only e-mail they sent me upon me requesting a withdrawal, and my reply to them. They sum up the entire issue. "You have been identified playing with a system that was meant to leverage the bonuses given by the Casino, ensuring the winnings on the long run from the Casino. This system is against our terms and conditions and purely taking advantage of the bonus generosity of the Casino. Casino bonuses were meant to enhance the enjoyment of our players and indeed increase their chances of winning, which is why, in cases where players winning in normal play style, Majestic Slots Casino is one of the fasted paying Casinos when it comes to withdrawals of winnings. This system and gaming pattern was built to abuse the Casino bonus system and we will do our best to ensure our Casino is not being attacked by this level of abuse. We decided to block your account and refund the deposits made on the Casino. Majestic Slots Casino registered in Curacao and oblige to the license agreement of the Curacao government. Please refrain from opening any other accounts with Casino Majestic Slots, or any deposits made or winnings will not be refunded." Here is my reply to them. ... "Thank you for your message. Please note that I have not broken any Terms and conditions stipulated by you in any way. The murky "playstyle" and "system" qualifications must have some kind of concrete Terms and facts attached to them, otherwise you could tell that story to anyone. However, as anyone will see from my playhistory, no "system" whatsoever was used unles you consider hitting "spin" button repeatedly a system. And no abuse whatsoever has appeared unless you consider simply getting lucky as "abuse". It is surprising - and a bit disappointing - to have to now go through some kind of ordeals after getting lucky. I broke no Terms, and I expect to get paid, as is the industry norm in any legitimate online casino." Now, I have no idea what they mean by playing a "normal playstyle" (the only "style" they'd supposedly tolerate) if my playstyle was not "normal", and what's the point in "bonuses that increase your chance to win!" if they just - don't pay you in the end. And what is this long run when I had just registered. Overall, no idea whatsoever. I just played slots and kept spinning. That's it. And, to reiterate, I am 100% certain I did not break any Terms stipulated by them; as you can see from our correspondence there is nothing to pin on me in that regard, otherwise it would've been mentioned. I hope they will, with a nudge from mediation sites, make amends and treat me fairly. If not, at least the story will be heard.

Support unavailable, all games without sound

There is no live chat on the mobile casino & not one of the games have any sound or a way to turn the sound on or off on any of the games at all. I like to play the slots because of the sound they make when you get a big win or you get the free spin symbles or just listening to the game as it is not even half as much fun when you're sitting here with no sounds because I may as well be sitting here doing nothing in silence. Also I tried to call the phone number to majestic slits but the number is a hoax because I tried it about 7/8 different times & it didn't ring it just cut straight off so I am extremely angry with this site because they dont advise anyone that there is no live chat & that none of their mobile games have any sound when none of the games do have any sound. As far as I'm concerned I will never deposit into this casino ever again as they dont be truthful about anything.

Majestic Slots Casino is the latest RTG casino which I have joined. This is one of the few South African casinos where I have account. But here you also have the option to choose the Euro as currency i.e. to play on the Majestic Slot Euro Casino.

It seems to me that they are a little proponent. In fact, on their website it says that they have the best online customer support. I could not resist not to test their live chat support and I can really say that it is good and fast. Their live chat operator Bruno was almost instant on the line and he answered on all my questions polite and professional. Their live chat support may not be the best that I have tested so far when it comes to online casinos, but certainly it is one of the best.

Majestic Slot Casino have really rich bonus offer that has impressed me. The welcome offer consists of even 5 bonuses with bonus percentage of 100%. Then there is also the welcome slot bonus with bonus percentage of 200%. Then there are also Cashback, Reloaded bonuses, so you have exclusive bonus too if you had joined the casino through the link on the AskGamblers. In total, there are more than 10 bonuses in their offer. Oh, I would also like some no deposit bonus in their offer but even without that Majestic Slot has a good bonus offer. For most of these bonuses the wagering requirements are 25 x deposit + bonus, which is acceptable.

I believe that this is a safe casino but I have one remark and it refers on the speed of the cash-outs process. Here the cash-outs process is not as fast primarily because of the pending time that here is 96 hours i.e. 4 working days. But however, I have decided to try this casino and I have chosen a slot bonus of 200% and I have made a deposit of 20 euros. Majestic Slot will get from me a solid 7 out of 10 possible stars.

I registered myself there as their bonuses were quite good and their T&C didn't seem to contain scam, but they didn't have live games so I closed my account. Very good interface.

Majestic Slots Casino is one of the newest RTG casinos online, because they are established in 2014 with Curacao licence. Of course I played here, but with free chip of 5 euros and 15 free spins on T-Rex slot which I found on one other site. Well I can't say no to free bonuses, even if RTG are not favorite software of mine, well they use to be once bit not any more, although I have few favorite games here which is not T-Rex slot, but ok, free is free.

I downloaded the software signed up got the 5 euro free chip and the 15 free spins. From the free spins I got 6.5 euros so together with the free chip I had 11 euros to play. Not much to continue to play but you'll never know what might happened, well actually have wagered few no deposit bonuses with only 5 euros and managed to cash out 150 euros.

So with those 11 euros I played Count Spectacular slot, which this game is one of my favorites, because I think it's really easy to trigger the free spins rounds. Played for a while and lost half of the bonus, so with 5 euros left, really didn't know what to play except the Hilbillies slot, just because of the bet amount which is 0.20 euros. I thought I could do something, played for a while bit didn't trigger the free spins feature and I was hoping to, because that's the only way I could raise my balance.

I have left 2.20 on my account I decided to play Bingo for few rounds, although I knew nothing will happen, but still wanted to try. I played around 20 rounds Bingo and that was it, spend all the bonus. I see they have really nice promotion bonuses, but I really not fan of this slots and always play them with free chips, but even if I deposit I do it in my few casinos, which I regularly play.

In my opinion, nowadays it is quite hard to find nice and trustful Real Time Gaming powered casino as they lately have so many complaints against them. I've noticed Majestic Slots casino for some time but I never had much information about them so I didn't register there.When I saw them added on askgamblers, it seemed a good enough reason to finally try them.

First I contacted the live support. I had to wait a couple minutes to get connected with someone. Then I asked about my eligibility to play there, their bonuses and no deposits. Support was very professional and quickly responded to each of my questions. I had a green light for registering and playing there, I also could play there with bonuses and free chips that they give for active players, but at the moment they didn't have any no deposit bonus.

I was super happy to hear that and signed up. I made a 30€ deposit (and I was happy they had€ currency, many RTG casinos have only $). Then I went to play Polar Explorer slot. It says the feature is guaranteed within 125 spins. I placed 0.50€ bets per spin. I have to say I liked the theme (as a north person) and the game design looked very clean. I started a 50 spins autoplay and about 7 spins later received the hidden treasure feature and won 8 free games. The disappointment was when the free spins paid only 1.52€. I started new set of 50 spins. About 30 spins later I received explorer feature with 5 free spins. 4 of spins were absolutely empty, but the last paid 7€. I increased bets to 1€ per spin and played another 50 spins. I was waiting for one of the features to appear because I thought that with those bets the result would be nice. I was wrong, in my 40th spin I received 5 free spins and within them I got a retrigger, so overall I played 10 free spins and won- 2.36€. That was more than disappointing, even Starburst would pay me better. I got only 1 decent win in the autoplay of 8x bet size, so I managed to play for around 20 more spins and then my balance was gone. This game was interesting but also confusing as I visually didn't recognize any of the features and the reasons why payout for free spins was so low.

Overall I think Majestic Slots is a nice RTG casino and one of the few I would actually trust and recommend. Game selection was pleasing and support very nice and professional. I give them 8/10!
