Majestic Slots Casino - Unfair confiscation of funds

Hello Askgamblers.
Majestic Slots Casino is dishonest!

On 02.08.2016 I made my first deposit and received a welcome bonus. I was lucky, I won. After I completed all wagering requirements on 15.08.2016 I requested a withdrawal of 480$. It has already 45 days passed. I sent them many emails but got only tickets that means my emails were delivered. Nobody responded me. Every week I asked in live chat what’s happened but every support agent didn't know the reason and promised me to refer this issue to finance department.

Finally, yesterday in live chat I was told that they consider I abused their T&C and they forfeited all my funds including deposit. They do not want to explain what paragraph of their T&C I violated.

Dear askgamblers, please, help me to return my funds.

P.S. Gamblers, don’t make a deposit into Majestic Slots Casino, this casino is a thief!

Dear askgamblers, Majestic Slots Casino confiscates gambler's money without any grounds, ignores gambler's complaints.

According to my consideration instead of having 6,78 rating at your web-site the Majestic Slots Casino shall be included in your black list.

Only by this way you can protect other gamblers against being robbed.
