The win values of the symbols in this Da Vinci’s Vault game made my jaw drop, well, almost, hehehe. How so? Well, they are like nothing I’ve seen in any recent games. 5 Wilds would pay 500x the total bet, and so would the topmost regular symbol, the Mona Lisa. 5 Scatters would pay 50x, although the free spins scatter symbol, the Da Vinci’s Codex, doesn’t pay for itself. However, the other regular symbols pay from 200x down to 10x the total bet, and these are excellent win values indeed!
At first, I was thinking that the Scatter symbol would be the usual free spins triggering mechanism, but they aren’t – the Free Spins feature game can either be triggered by getting 3 of Da Vinci’s Codex (or Scroll) symbols, or by hitting the ‘FS’ from the Hi-Roller Wheel spin. This Hi-Roller feature is actually a Buy feature, costing only 10x the bet price, so it’s really affordable, and really worth taking up! Just a word of caution though - buying this feature does not guarantee getting the Vault feature game, as you may run short of getting the Seals from the 4 spins to trigger the feature! Wish this isn't the case, but never mind.
Briefly though, the Bronze Vault feature would award cash prizes, the Silver Vault would award cash prizes or Free Spins, but the Gold Vault would award bigger cash prizes as well as a chance for the Free Spins. Yes, yes, I got all my free spins games from hitting that ‘FS’ on the wheel, and none from getting 3 Da Vinci’s Codex symbols (they hardly ever appear in twos, never mind three!). Honestly speaking, I would advice “don’t wait for that Codex to appear, just buy the Hi-Roller Spins”, hehehe. From my several play sessions, trying to get those 3 Codex symbols took way too long (I became impatient), but needless to say, the free spins feature game is the only way to get huge wins of over 500x, even without any win multipliers in the game! How so? Aah, play the game and find out for yourself – you won’t regret it! Hehehe.
