They love giving free spins and bonus money but as soon as you win any money from the bonuses and withdraw you are immediately emailed saying you are no longer entitled to bonuses due to a management decision. I emailed them to ask why this is the case (I've had plenty of sessions losing my own money) and I didn't get an answer just that it was a management decision. They said I can only play using my own money now. Why would I want to carry on playing here anymore after being made to feel like I've done something wrong!! Stay well clear of this casino everyone, they monitor you closely and dont like people winning. 0/10. They stopped my bonuses when I won £45 from bonus spins and withdrew it yet the day before I had deposited and lost £120. That says it all guys stay well away from these people

Deposited 4 times and made a small profit on each deposit.They then stop my account from receiving any type of bonuses, playing tournaments or receiving free spins even though I did not break any rules in any way. When I emailed them about it they told me it was a management decision and they have the right to do it. They obviously do not like it unless you are constantly losing.
A lot of the games do not feel random. The Pogg has them blacklisted due in part to that reason.

I've read a lot of negativity about simba.... The site its self is great lots of good games to play... The payouts are quick.. The only down side is there is no live chat so you have to email which sometimes takes a few days for reply which can be no bloody good... Anyway the best way if you want to get hold of customer service is just to simply phone them there all very helpful and friendly... There's no waiting your put through to talk straight away which they are very helpful to assist.... so great site but lack in live chat.....

Simbagames's in my opinion is corrupt, unprofessional and dishonest. I self-excluded from Simbagame's on 17th March 2015. Last week I relapsed and opened an account with Redkings casino which shares the same licence with Simbagames. I self-excluded after depositing £350 because I deeply regretted opening the account. I received an email from Redkings confirming my self-exclusion, which listed other casinos I would also be excluded from.I was shocked as I had already taken the step of self-excluding from many of the casinos on the list and I had been blocked when I attempted to open an account with MegaCasino- who also shares the same licence.

I emailed Redkings casino to explain that I was already a self-excluded player from many of the casinos on the list provided by them-Redkings emailed back and stated that no self-exclusion was in place with any other casino operated under the SkillOnNet licence. I knew this to be untrue and proceeded to check my emails and found two emails to Simbagames in which I clearly stated I wanted to be self-excluded from all casino's operated by them, for the longest period possible. I than contacted Simbagames to confirm when the self-exclusion was actioned on the account. Simbagames confirmed by email a self-exclusion was in place from 17th March 2015.

I then proceeded to present the evidence to Redkings Casino that I had a self-exclusion with Simbagames. I sent a copy of the email confirming a self-exclusion was place with Simbagames from the 17th March 2015. I gave permission for Redkings to confirm this with Simbagames. Bearing in mind I have the original emails sent to Simbagames in March 2015 and a email received today (28/08/16) from Simbagames confirming the self-exclusion was in place from 17th March 2015. I was very shocked to receive email from Simbagames stating they had mistaken and the account was actually only on a 24 Cooling-off limitation. Needless to say a email followed very quickly from Redkings stating the same that the account was only used for a cooling off limitation for 24 hours

I was also in contact with vegaswinner who denied I had an account and than claimed I had account I opened in May 2016 but did not deposit any money- I did not open this account. I did have account with them that was blocked from assessing as I had self-excluded, I was very shocked they were claiming another account was opened. Also I had a self-exclusion in place with another casino under the same licence slotsmagic. However, I do not have evidence of this as I do with Simbagames.

I find this very unprofessional and would say this group of casinos are corrupt and untrustworthy. It is one thing denying a self-excluded player a refund due to a self-exclusion being in place with a sister site- but this group of casinos have at the worst lied or have unacceptable methods of record keeping. I find this completely unacceptable and immoral.
