On sign up with this casino the was some errors in my details. As soon as I was aware I let the casino know of the situation! Since then I had a withdrawal of 1300 pending back in April 2018. The withdrawal was cancelled by the casino and was advised I would be contacted by their relevent former. I have since made the withdrawal again and has been pending since 01/05/2018. I have still yet to receive any contact from their relevent didn't regarding the deposits returned (£1300) or withdrawal honoured (£1300)
When I go on chat they tell me the same old story. Someone will contact you very soon. I have had no contact at all I have asked several times via email to honour withdrawal or close account and return deposits. I get no response.
I am now considering court action but would rather hope this could be resolved before court
