No contact regarding £1300 withdrawal

On sign up with this casino the was some errors in my details. As soon as I was aware I let the casino know of the situation! Since then I had a withdrawal of 1300 pending back in April 2018. The withdrawal was cancelled by the casino and was advised I would be contacted by their relevent former. I have since made the withdrawal again and has been pending since 01/05/2018. I have still yet to receive any contact from their relevent didn't regarding the deposits returned (£1300) or withdrawal honoured (£1300)
When I go on chat they tell me the same old story. Someone will contact you very soon. I have had no contact at all I have asked several times via email to honour withdrawal or close account and return deposits. I get no response.
I am now considering court action but would rather hope this could be resolved before court

Withdrawal is again late

The first time I withdrew to an electronic wallet on 07.01, 3 days passed, they didn’t withdraw, the status is in the process. I canceled the withdrawal and played with this money. Now I made a withdrawal on 10.01 and on 11.01 I sent them an email asking how quickly they would withdraw the money? Almost 24 hours have passed with no response. In the conditions of their casino it is written that they withdraw immediately to the electronic wallet.

I am afraid that they will not withdraw the money and they will not answer the e-mail.

Refund promised, but not given

I deposited 36.90 with this company. I had apparently has anaccountclosed at a sister site in 2015. Their system allowed the deposit to go through. It would not allow me to play my money so I contacted them. They are refusing to tell me when I will receive my money back. They have sent me an email to say they apologise and my money will be refunded. When I contacted them they will not tell me when at all. They are not refusing to answer any emails. They will not correspond with me at all. Phone and emails are being ignored or cut off. I think I am being treated appallingly. They advertise a ' lightning withdrawal' system within 24 hours. I have waited 4 working days and still nothing at all. What's taking the time and where is my money ??

My withdrawal is taking too long

Hi dear, Sorry for my last complaint, it wasn't detail. - First, I found Simba Games had welcome package, so I signed up and deposited 30$. - Then I completed the wage requirement. - Until that time, simba games was good. - Finally, I requested to withdrawal my winning. The request has been sent successfully. As T&C, it usually takes within 1 day, because I withdrew by e-wallet (Neteller). However, it's taking over a week, I don't get my money. Account locked, £1500 blocked

It started about a week ago, I won £2000, withdraw. Woke up to find my withdrawal had been cancelled and the money list. Thinking maybe it was my son. I contacted Simba Games, and made my case. Admitted I thought it was my son. I took this as a learning curve and didn't leave my account open again. I won another £1500, and withdraw again. And went to bed. I have woken up to find I can't access my account. Password won't work and trying to reset my password, it tells me my email isn't valid
