I deposited 36.90 with this company. I had apparently has anaccountclosed at a sister site in 2015. Their system allowed the deposit to go through. It would not allow me to play my money so I contacted them. They are refusing to tell me when I will receive my money back. They have sent me an email to say they apologise and my money will be refunded. When I contacted them they will not tell me when at all. They are not refusing to answer any emails. They will not correspond with me at all. Phone and emails are being ignored or cut off. I think I am being treated appallingly. They advertise a ' lightning withdrawal' system within 24 hours. I have waited 4 working days and still nothing at all. What's taking the time and where is my money ??
