My withdrawal is taking too long

Hi dear,
Sorry for my last complaint, it wasn't detail.
- First, I found Simba Games had welcome package, so I signed up and deposited 30$.
- Then I completed the wage requirement.
- Until that time, simba games was good.
- Finally, I requested to withdrawal my winning. The request has been sent successfully. As T&C, it usually takes within 1 day, because I withdrew by e-wallet (Neteller). However, it's taking over a week, I don't get my money. I also requested a support from them, but what I received is an automation email.
