Withdrawal is again late

The first time I withdrew to an electronic wallet on 07.01, 3 days passed, they didn’t withdraw, the status is in the process. I canceled the withdrawal and played with this money. Now I made a withdrawal on 10.01 and on 11.01 I sent them an email asking how quickly they would withdraw the money? Almost 24 hours have passed with no response. In the conditions of their casino it is written that they withdraw immediately to the electronic wallet.

I am afraid that they will not withdraw the money and they will not answer the e-mail.
