Now I see this site are blacklisted in your site but I hope you can still help me.

I register this site 2019 and when I start all works fine. They paid correctly my first withdraw in February but then I made second withdraw 9.3.2019 and still waiting those moneys. I'm trying to send many times email to support but this address what are in they website don't work or its incorrect and in chat no one answer.

I withdraw from my account in mid august. Zodiacu locked my account as they now are "investigating" my gameplays. So far 6 weeks and counting!!! Seems to me that no investigation is going on at all. They just stole my money (about 700€). This is the answer I got 1 oct: Hello, Victor. "The investigation is still in process. I do not have any updates on your situation right now. Zodiacu Casino delays to pay winnings and don’t responding on emails

Hi, I joined Zodiacu Casino on 25/08/18. I have made 2 deposits 2060 NOK and 3000 NOK and through some extreme luck, managed to accumulate 37000 NOK. I have not taken up any bonuses or rewards. I requested my 2withdrawals of 12k and 25k on the 26.08., I have sent the requested docs and pretty fast received confirmation my account is verified ( about over when 24 hours). I started to wait my winnings on Skrill wallet. Nothing happens, 28.08.18 I have asked by email how long should I wait and was informed not longer when 24 hours. Ok. Wait. Nothing. Yesterday I have sent 2 email in support but still didn’t receive any answer. Zodiacu chats support are poor and unable to tell me why there is a delay . I firmly believe that one of two courses of action are taking place - either the old drawing out of the verification/pending process in the hope that I will reverse my withdrawals. Or the overwriters EveryMatrix are looking at any possible way not to pay me my winnings. I appreciate that not so much time over 24 hours has passed ( just several days) but we are talking 37k here, Big money for me. I am using to play online casinos within 6 years and can surely say delays to paying on ewallet more when 24 hours after verification is very unusually in nowadays casinos.

Hi, i won a bit of money at zodiacu for almost 2.5 weeks ago, the 16/8 i did an withdraw. i sent in all of the kyc documents they asked for 20/8 and even an complement ( selfie with idcard ) 22/8. I asked in chat how long time this will take untill i get my money the said maximum 72h and all should be fine. After all email i've sent them, all time i used in their chat with support who dont really care about their costumers im tired of this. Removal of about 90% of balance with absurd explanation

I registred and deposited with welcome bonus on zodiacu casino. I made the wager requirement and got to withdraw the money without any issues with the balance. The deposit was 500 NOK and got 500 NOK in bonus, and I withdrew 9500, 2500, 4500 and 2400 NOK after wager. Then I deposited a second time with second welcome bonus. Again the deposit was 500 but the bonus was now 250 NOK. The same thing happened. I won big and managed to complete the wager with a balance of about 32 200 NOK. But then suddenly my balance was changed to 3040 NOK. I talked to support on chat and they claim this is correct because of a rule in the bonus terms. "Only credited bonus amount plus an initial sum of deposit become available for withdrawal. The rest of the bonus amount automatically deducted from players account after completing the wager. You can use a simple formula to understand how it works. Deposit amount + credited bonus amount x30 wager = deposit amount + credited bonus amount. There is no kind of restrictions on winnings, but there is a cap on the amount that converted to real money" (see attach file imgage4, pic from chat). I do not understand this rule, and I could not find it anywhere. I clicked on the "bonus terms" button when I took the bonus. There is nothing there about this rule, and I could not find it in the general terms either. In attached files I have image2 and image3 that is from the terms. I asked why this happened on my second bonus and not the first. support claimed "with the first bonus there was a different situation. You did not convert it. You lost the bonus part, and played for the rest of the real money. and your winning were already from the real money" (attach file image5). This I dont understand either. Since the term of bonus is that you have to wager 30 x deposit + bonus. It also says that you bet and win 50/50 of bonus and real money on every bet. So I can't understand how I can loose just bonus money first, and then only have real money left. The term also says you can cancel bonus before completed the wager but then bonus money and winnings go away ( attached file image2 and 3). That is fair, but then Ive would have had about 16 k to withdrawal if I canceled bonus right before completing wager, but ended up with 3 k because I completed it. That cannot be right? This question support did not answer. I can't see the reason for the deduction, and I dont understand how the math of this rule I cannot find (and support can't give a functional link too) ended up with deduct about 90 % of my balance after completed wager. I have tried to describe the situation the best I can. Please let me know if there something more I need to explain or find out.

I can agree with the long registration process but It was worth it when I did get on the site and deposited. Simple designed but I like this. Proven fair sites are a must these days it seems. Small minimum deposits and 5k daily withdrawals means that this casino is well backed financially as well. Nice people at the customer service as well.

I've actually got myself registered at Zodiacu Casino back in December last year, but I couldn't make any deposit then - whenever I clicked on the deposit button, it would hanged, and my deposit attempts didn't get through at all. The Live Chat host couldn't find any errors on the casino's side, so I finally left everything behind for the time being. Then this month, I tried again, and finally managed to get a deposit through. There must have been a glitch or a hidden restriction somewhere along the line in the system, but that got resolved I guess, so no more problems for me at Zodiacu Casino.

The first deposit offer of 150% plus 300 free spins was simply irresistible to me when I first saw it back in December, so finally getting it now came as a great relief for me, and a delight as well. The only disappointment was in the splitting of the free spins - 30 free spins a day, for 10 consecutive days, so that entailed a lot of anxiety on my part, because I simply hate waiting for anything! Hahaha. Moreover, the free spins were given on Play'nGo's game, Reactoonz, which isn't to my liking at all. I would have preferred them to be on Energoonz instead, or on some other Play'nGo games, so this was, and is, one more disappointment for me. Not only that, the first deposit and bonus amount carried a 30x wagering requirement, which worked out to be 1875 EUR on my 25 EUR deposit and 37.50 EUR bonus money! That's quite a lot more than the usual 40x bonus wagering amount!

Games selection is quite good, with big names like NetEnt, Microgaming, Play'nGo, Quickspin, and a few others, so there shouldn't be much to complain about. However, the game Reactoonz turned out to be to my expectations - it played and paid quite badly! From all that 300 free spins, painfully played over 10 long anxious days, it finally gave me a total win of only 26.98 EUR. Playing Reactoonz proved to be unexciting as well, unlike Energoonz, so I couldn't get any satisfaction from the 300 free spins offer at all.

On the plus side, I do quite like the performance of the platform, responding well with my slow 2G internet connection, although not as good as the best platforms would do. Playing with a slow connection entailed some lags and lost connections, as expected, but everything was still tolerable nonetheless. However, my favourite Finn game played without much lags, so I could still enjoy my game, although the game itself didn't perform as good as I would like it to do. Nah, I couldn't meet the high wagering requirements on the deposit + bonus amount, and I could only manage to get up to 24 Keys level on the game, which wasn't a good play at all, considering the bigger starting balance than my usual.

Players can collect Star Dust (SD) points and exchange them for no-wagering free spins, at 100 SD for every 10 free spins. I exchanged my 600 SD points for 60 free spins on Gonzo's Quest game, but Gonzo was unkind to me and gave me a poor miserable win of only 8.45 EUR, which I then lost all of it rather quickly! Damn! Anyway, Zodiacu Casino doesn't seem to like me much, so I don't think I would be playing much at the casino either! Hahaha.

- They are missing some slot providers, no big time, no merkur, no yggdrasill etc.
- Wager is quiet big 30x on Deposit and on Bonus, and money is instantly converted to bonusmoney.

Nice layout, good bonuses and I liked specially the 30fs you get for 10 days after first deposit. They have good selection of game's and the game's work great. Their loyalty program is fun even though it could be a little more clear. Had to use some time to get how it actually work's. Deposit's were easy and had good options. I will play again.

A fantastic casino, unique design, verification of documents done in less then 1 hour. Friendly live chat was very helpful and the payouts very fast, no questions asked, added bonus. The bonus was good, would recommend my friends to this casino.

The wagering- I got lucky in meeting it but it's very high at deposit plus bonus. Only minor quibble- the free spins can be made 'epic' but it's only an increased stake in starburst and I hate starburst.

Hi, just want to tell about my experience.... I like the variation of games and fast loading. I took the bonus and manage to roll it over and withdraw, fast processing time - processed next working day. Asked about verification and there is no need for it if withdrawal less than EUR 2300, mine was much less than that. Friendly live chat, really helpful guys.

Nothing to complain really, maybe add more slots, and more game providers.
