First problem and the big one is that I register as every player and I try to play my favorite game Moon Princess but the problems beginning in every 30 or 40 spin error message and game close with the spin wining. I open it and come from beginning and nothing about last spin is despear.
Tel I get the bonus and the sane error message comes and I was thinking is not possible that its take it. But the reality that over 11 days now no body even say nothing about that bonus.

Extremely low payout limits, which was even lower in my case where they didn't explain me why ( I guess I won too much). I won around 5 K euro, where I only withdrawn less than a half of it because they were executing only 2 withdrawal/ week with a limit less than 250 EURO per transaction. I made the mistake, of trusting the Withdrawal limits mentioned here on AG. BIG mistake. I deposit 3-4 times for a total of €1100. On the last deposit I make a small hit and increase balance to €3000. I take a gamble (that's what gamblers do) and decide to give it a go with €20 bets on Bonanza. It turns out well, and a bonus game later, I am up to €24.000 balance. I might as well withdraw some of that, and thought €10.000 would be just fine. I am met with a €500 withdrawal limit per day / €6000 per month.. The VIP point system is broken, and only increases on new deposits, not on wagering (I at least could not move up 1 category, from wagering 20.000€), so withdrawal limit of €500 per day, €6000 per month was fixed.. Casino did not offer any withdrawal schedule (I asked), and was not interested in taking a cut of winnings and in turn let me withdraw at least 10.000 at once (i offered). I set up 3 withdrawals over next 3 days of €500 each, and gave up. Blew the balance on €1000 a hand blackjack and closed my account again. Stay clear of this casino and others in same network, if you play anything higher than €0.20 bet-size.
