Zet Casino - Responsible gambling policy breached - request for refund

Dear AskGamblers Team,

I’m reaching out to file a complaint against Zet Casino due to a serious issue involving my self-exclusion request, which was not handled according to their stated policies.

On April 26, 2025, I submitted a self-exclusion request via email, as instructed on the casino’s website, due to a gambling addiction. I did not receive a response.

According to the casino’s responsible gambling policy, self-exclusion requests should be processed within 24 hours. However, as of May 1, 2025—five days later—my account was still active, and I was able to continue gambling. This resulted in further financial losses that could have been prevented had my request been handled promptly.

On May 1, I contacted the casino again. They replied by assigning a case number to my request. On May 4, 2025, I received an email confirming that my account had finally been closed. In that same message, they also wrote: “Please be assured that your request is being treated as a priority, and we will get back to you with an update as soon as possible.”

However, since then, I have received no further communication from the casino.

In my email from May 1, I clearly asked for a response and resolution within 7 calendar days. I also provided screenshots of their Terms and Conditions and evidence of transactions made between April 27 and May 1, during the time when my account should have already been closed.

This delay in processing my self-exclusion request is a violation of their own responsible gambling policy and demonstrates a failure to protect vulnerable players.

I am therefore requesting a refund of the losses incurred during this period in the total amount of €1,186.

I kindly ask for AskGamblers’ support in resolving this matter and ensuring the casino is held accountable.

Zet Casino - Money back

On March 11, I played a session of live casino Blackjack Manchester via the ZetCasino platform. During the game, the dealer made an error — he accidentally took two cards and mistakenly locked in the wrong card, which resulted in me being marked as the loser. The game was immediately paused, the cards were rechecked, and the dealer admitted his mistake, apologized, and clearly confirmed that I was the actual winner.

However, my winnings were never credited to my account.

I promptly contacted ZetCasino live support, provided all the necessary information, and was told that the matter would be looked into shortly.

A week later, with no resolution, I followed up again. This time I was told that they were waiting for a response from the Blackjack Manchester provider. I understood and waited patiently.

Meanwhile, out of curiosity, I reached out directly to Blackjack Manchester support. To my surprise, they confirmed that they had already notified ZetCasino of the error right after the incident, confirming that the payout should be made. They even sent the notification again, just in case.

I then contacted ZetCasino again and informed them that Blackjack Manchester had already provided everything needed. Since then, for three weeks in a row, I have only been told that the case is being handled "at the highest level" and that I am a "priority."

As of now, nearly a month has passed, and there has still been no resolution or payout, despite the dealer’s acknowledged mistake and the provider’s confirmation

This casino offers great bonuses, I had a glitch on my first bonus but they provided another bonus as well. Although I wasn't happening with the glitch, I felt the casino went above and beyond to provide support for a replacement bonus. The game selection is quite good and they have a really generous rewards program. And they keep their word, the withdrawal was fast and efficient, which I really appreciate this.

It was a systematic issue with my first bonus and resolved extremely well. So far the makings of a really good casino. I hope they continue on the path that they are on, they have good customer service as well.

There are many bonuses and special offers here, they try to attract new gamblers as they opened no so long ago. You can get a 100% bonus for your first deposit, but you must use all the bonus money before transferring your money back to the e-wallet. You get weekly free spins if you gamble regularly, I usually play card games, but sometimes I play slot machines and I can’t see any difference between usual and free spins, they are totally legit imho. The dealers in card games aren’t bots, you can earn some money here. There is also a partnership program, if someone uses your link to register, you will get a percentage from his deposits. And you only need an e-mail to register here.

How easy it is to use and how many different choices you have. Great fun. Different withdrawal options. When it allows withdrawal to visa it happens in 1-2 banking days.

Avoid this casino. There is cashbacks on VIP level 3 but when you deposit within a week (monday to sunday) you need to remind to ask separately this cashback on next monday. This doesnt comes automatically and you need to ask this separately from support / live chat.

And if you forgot this, you dont get nothing.

I like the visual feel of the black and yellow website. There are many ways to deposit and withdraw. There are basic bonuses. Chat service works (tested many times unfortunately...)

They are very slow at paying out your winnings. I was repeatedly asked for documents, some even twice by accident. Every time I responded to their demands it took another two to three days to process that particular step. It has been 13 days now since my withdrawal and I still haven't received all of my money, which I had to withdraw in separate parts because the limits are so small. Will not be coming back to them.

The graphic design on the site looks nice & appealing. I can't say anything more about it, because I never got the play the games, despite my effort. The design looks modern & nice.

I deposited 100 euros via "Quick deposit", successfully. After that, I was asked to put in my personal information. No problem. I put them in; but I just couldn't fill my date of birth to the respective windows on the pop up window. They just didn't react. Also tried it with my phone, with no success. I had to explain the problem to at least 3 different people on the chat, on 2 days, every time starting from scratch, and they made me clear history and try this and that multiple times. First time when I inquired this was at night; the chat person wasn't really even trying to help at that point, just making me wait on the chat. I think I spent/worked at least like 2 hours total, just to make it work and to get access to my money, or to get it back. Finally I was just begging them to return my money via Trustly. Which they finally did. It was totally not worth it. Good thing is, that I at least got back the 100 euros, so I give the 3 stars for that.

I look at zet casino details and it says 24 hours wait on ewallet. I talked with chat and he explained that it took up to 3 days on e wallet. Further he explained that 24 hours is 3 days, mmm, another thing is max withdrawals at 500 euros per day, is shameless

Nothing exceptional. The Casino has a classic variety of games slot and live casino. There are many ways to deposit and withdraw. The bonuses are interesting.

Time to withdraw shameless, I wait a withdraw from 8 days (not yet completed). The daily withdrawal is really low even with the VIP level. The VIP level is slow to reach and quickly lost. The site is quite slow and it is difficult to play from a smartphone.

The live chat while still available does not solve the problems. Most of the time you lose time by contacting them. In my profile I have not found where to set the daily deposit limits or timeout periods.

I am not sure why they are on a 9 rating with Superb status, maybe something happening that I don't know? Because of my experience there is no way Zet casino could have that rating. There is no signup bonus, no freebies, no nothing deposit you deposit a lot. I think the only thing that’s great is there slot selection.

I joined Zet casino sometime last year after hunting a good deposit offer. I saw they offered 100% with 200 free spins. Minimum deposit is 20 euro which was cool and e-wallet deposit made it claimable. I am not impressed by the fact that they do not give you a currency option, as they force euro currency and me depositing here suffer the fees. The bonus sounded good, but the wagering that comes with it, is high.

The have slots from all providers, Netent, Play N Go, Push Gaming, BGaming, Pragmatic play etc. You just name it and its there. However, do not get excited when you claim a bonus as you will be surprised of the number of slots that fall under the restricted umbrella.

Live chat seems to be 24 hours or let say there were always there when you I needed them, late at night or during the day. I know this as I needed to claim 20 spins per day in Eastern Goddess or Gods Temple, which are horrible slots, so do not let this fool you. Live chat is up to scratch and good though.

I have not completed verification, but they do not have these ridiculous selfie request. However, I would still encourage you to read the terms carefully as they reserve the right to request a transaction history of the last 3 – 6 months of your account to check for top-ups when making deposits using e-wallets.

The withdrawal limits per transactions and per 24 hours for the first 2 VIP levels are 500 euro, which is insanely low if you ask me and I would never be able to put up with that. VIP level 3 is 800 euro, VIP level 4 is 1000 euro and the highest VIP level which is level 5 only give you the right to withdraw maximum 1500 euro from your money. Seriously? What the .... Very bad.
