I've had an incredibly frustrating experience with Zet Casino. First off, their VIP levels are a complete joke. You can climb up quickly, but just as fast, they drop you down with no clear explanation or communication. It's misleading and frustrating.

The worst part? Getting your money out is nearly impossible. My withdrawal requests were delayed or ignored, holding my winnings hostage. It feels like they count on players getting bored and gambling away their winnings instead of being able to withdraw them.

Additionally, the foreign payment processors they use charged me more than the agreed currency amount, leading to unexpected losses. Even worse, two days after making a deposit, Zet Casino attempted to create new unauthorized charges on my account.

When I reached out to their chat support, it was utterly unhelpful. They couldn't resolve anything, leaving me feeling completely helpless.

The graphic design on the site looks nice & appealing. I can't say anything more about it, because I never got the play the games, despite my effort. The design looks modern & nice.

I deposited 100 euros via "Quick deposit", successfully. After that, I was asked to put in my personal information. No problem. I put them in; but I just couldn't fill my date of birth to the respective windows on the pop up window. They just didn't react. Also tried it with my phone, with no success. I had to explain the problem to at least 3 different people on the chat, on 2 days, every time starting from scratch, and they made me clear history and try this and that multiple times. First time when I inquired this was at night; the chat person wasn't really even trying to help at that point, just making me wait on the chat. I think I spent/worked at least like 2 hours total, just to make it work and to get access to my money, or to get it back. Finally I was just begging them to return my money via Trustly. Which they finally did. It was totally not worth it. Good thing is, that I at least got back the 100 euros, so I give the 3 stars for that.

The withdrawal limits per transactions and per 24 hours for the first 2 VIP levels are 500 euro, which is insanely low if you ask me and I would never be able to put up with that. VIP level 3 is 800 euro, VIP level 4 is 1000 euro and the highest VIP level which is level 5 only give you the right to withdraw maximum 1500 euro from your money. Seriously? What the .... Very bad.

The VIP point system is broken, and only increases on new deposits, not on wagering (I at least could not move up 1 category, from wagering 20.000€), so withdrawal limit of €500 per day, €6000 per month was fixed.. Casino did not offer any withdrawal schedule (I asked), and was not interested in taking a cut of winnings and in turn let me withdraw at least 10.000 at once (i offered). I set up 3 withdrawals over next 3 days of €500 each, and gave up. Blew the balance on €1000 a hand blackjack and closed my account again. Good selection of game's, fine layout. Bonus terms are horrible. As they say "most slots are playble with bonus" - yes it's true, but when it only count's 20% of wagering, its ridiculous. And when they say "its not in our hands, it's provider" - No, casino itself decide's wheter the wagering progress is 100% in choosed slot's or not, game providers has nothing to do with it. If i bet 1€ to a slot, decent casino count's 100% to the wagering of that bet (as in 1€), but their casino itself has choosed that the wagering count's only 20% as in 0,20€ from my original 1€ bet. So not gonna play again in here since they don't even take responsibilty of their own term's that they have created, not operator's. What a joke.
