Xpokies casino is one of the latest casinos I joined. I noticed them on Askgamblers and the only reason why they interested me was because they were powered by Real Time Gaming software. I don't play RTG games much anymore, but one of the reasons for it is that I don't really have a favorite casino to play them. And sometimes I find it hard to find a reliable RTG casino, so I thought of giving them a try.

I found a coupon code online saying that it was an exclusive offer and would give me 25 free spins after creating an account. So then I proceeded with registering. But I wish it was that easy. The casino instant play was so laggy that it snapped and reloaded a couple of times. Ok, that can happen, no a big deal. Then, when I finally tried to verify my email address, as otherwise I woudln't be able to claim the chip, I had problem with that too. I had to resend the verification email at least twice to get it to my mail. Then, when I was able to verify my email, I went to the cashier to claim the coupon. I entered the code precisely but received an error message saying that the coupon couldn't be redeemed and that I'd need to contact support. Usually I wouldn't bother, but this time I didn't see anything about my country being restricted for the chip in the first place, so I wanted to see what was up.

The casino offers live chat option so I tried to launch it.It didn't happen. I tried a few times and when finally I was able to get connected to an agent, I wasn't able to type in the chat box. I tried it on several browsers but the same problem persisted. I was quite annoyed at that point, as all I wanted to do is have some fun with some free spins but instead I was facing all of these technical difficulties.

That's where ends my experience at Xpokies casino. I'm upset that I didn't get to enjoy the games, but if I experience so many small issues while being a non depositor, it definitely assures me that I don't want to put my money there.

They call you directly on the phone and wanted to make you a deposit with the welcome bonus, but they don't tell you, that these welcome bonus have only a max cashout of 10x the deposit and a 30x WR for the deposit & the bonus!!!!
So if you make a 100$ deposit and get the 200% bonus, you have to wager 9,000$ and can only cashout a maximum of 1,000$
Are they really serious?
