Okay so here goes. I started playing at this casino about 2-3, months ago and at first everything was going well, I had access to promotions etc., then when I started to win they stopped me having access to any promotional offers. At first when I made a withdrawal, what they did was just reverse deposit payments that I had made, so there wasn't any charge for me doing a withdrawal. Then things got really weird, I made 2 withdrawal requests, one for $100, and the other for $320. Now I've played at numerous online casinos and the absolute most that I've been charged for a bank wire transfer is $6NZD. So imagine my horror and disbelief when I got charged $54, for the $100, withdrawal request and got charged $110, for the $320, withdrawal request. When I bought this to their attention they tried to tell me that this is just normal banking fees, which I strongly object to

We have now reviewed this case.

The player made a total deposit of $515 with a total withdrawal of $820. These were always paid within the time frame of 24-48 hours. We take pride in our very quick withdrawal processing time to all players.

The fees that have been charged are standard bank fees that has been charged by the players bank. This has been explained to the player several times, and by many ways of communication; email, chat and phone.

Given the fact that this is a particular case, with unfortunate outcome, we are prepared to send the player the total amount that was charged by the players bank.

The player can contact our support and we will settle the matter.
