I would like to formally submit a complaint against wyns casino. I'm a vip member level 3. Had a jackpot win of over 5000 euro last Wednesday. I followed protocol and have 3 pending withdrawals waiting since Wednesday at 10 am. It's now Monday and there's no sign of any withdrawals being processed on live chat. I'm basically told to wait. Same with what's app the manager seems to be getting no response from the finance department. I've had wins on wyns casino multiple times over the last year, and always 48 hours, to the minute it would hit my account. Still day 5 and nowhere near getting an answer.

Another casino is taking a very long time to process a withdrawal.

I won €500 a week and a half ago, and it's still pending.

They email me saying it's their fault and their finances' fault that the withdrawal is delayed so long. But they aren't doing anything to help to rectify the problem.

They advertise a 3 day withdraw period, but it's been much longer than that.

I am filing a formal complaint against Wyns Casino regarding a withdrawal of 50,000 HUF that has been delayed since February 18, 2026.

Timeline of events:

Feb 18, 2026: I made my first withdrawal request. After several days of waiting, the casino cancelled it without my consent.

Communication: I contacted Wyns support multiple times. They claimed it was a 'third-party error' and told me to wait.

Bank Verification: I contacted my bank (Revolut), and they confirmed there is no trace of any incoming or even rejected transactions from the casino.

Technical Issues: During this process, the Wyns Casino website was completely unavailable for a period of time. I was unable to log in to my account, and after the site came back online, I was forced to log in again repeatedly. I reported this issue to the support as well.

Formal Demand: I sent a formal email to Wyns demanding immediate payment, but they only replied by telling me to 'wait' again.

Feb 24, 2026: I re-initiated the withdrawal request for 50,000 HUF. Since then, the status has been stuck in 'Under Review'.

Current Status: More days have passed, and the support continues to give me the same vague excuses without providing any proof of payment.

The casino is clearly stalling the payment and blocking access to my account at times. I request AskGamblers to help me ensure the casino releases my winnings.

I have three withdrawals pending with Wyns, one from the 17th February, another from the 19th & another from the 20th.

The total amount outstanding is €933.

The account is fully verified, and I have had numerous previous withdrawals.

I have followed this up by email, only to be fobbed off with 'We're working on your withdrawal' etc.

I have made a formal complaint, yet I have still not received anything.

I have attached screenshots showing all of the above.

I would very much appreciate your assistance with this matter.

I asked for a withdrawal 16 days ago and they still don't want to pay me.

I sent many requests about it (mails, chat 24/7 assistants, complaints) and they still don't answer me and don't want to pay me.

One of their assistant chat wrote me he also made a complaint for me, but I have no proof about it since he didn't want to give me the ID's complaint and my ID player either.

Their finance staff isn't contactable either.

Nobody replied me about my mails and my complaint either.

I am writing to formally report missing winnings and request an immediate investigation.

Game: Sweet Bonanza Candyland (live casino)

Issue dates: October 24, 25, and 26

Missing amount: Approximately $600 CAD

Details:

The in-game history clearly shows multiple winning rounds between October 24–26, and I was in positive balance during these sessions.

However, my account balance on your website shows zero, which is impossible since this is the only game I’ve been playing.

I already contacted in-game support, and they informed me it was a glitch in processing the winnings and that the money should appear in my balance within 15 minutes. It has now been more than 12 hours, and the funds are still missing.
