Money withdrawal takes very long. Approved 4 days ago, still not on my bank account. Other casinos it will take 5 minutes. Support can not help me. Its a shame it takes so long.

Someone recommended this casino on one of the forums, so I decided to see if it's worth playing there. And I was positively surprised. There are more than enough popular games, deposit and withdrawal methods are easy to do.
Bonuses are quite decent.

The casino website sure does take such a long time to load coz there are just way too many flash plug-ins… it's not even my internet that is the issue here, if u are not able to load the website with full photos on web browser, what more if u are on phone mode? Fix the long buffs! Playing slots here that require smooth animation transitions is not recommendable, loads slow no matter how many times u refresh the page and such. Also hard to browse games since the pics don’t load! Hover ur cursor over the game the pics don't load either. Inconvenient.

Customer service with at least exceptional rude communicative behaviour. Delays of kyc resulted in many chats and also a total loss of 1000€ which is my fault of course but regardless I wanted to finish up this case and close my account. Stay away from them. They use delay tactics to get your money and let you literally talk to the hand if you got issues to resolve. It seems also they are not well organized about customer requests since I have talked to some employees and got always different answers to the same request. However the red flag is clearly the verification procedure. Players should stay alert. Don't play there.

Didn't really get a chance to play on this casino. Talked to the custommer support through live chat after the first deposit, and I didn't get any help at all. It's the first time I've experienced custommer service beeing straight up rude.

Wishmaker casino is a casino I've had my eye on for a little while now and I finally decided to join them around a week ago. There were several reasons why I was intrigued about them- first of all, they are powered by a bunch of well-known game providers that I happen to like. But most importantly the casino has a really sweet welcome bonus package- 100% match bonus for first two deposits. Although the offer itself is quite standard, what made it so appealing was the fact that wagering requirements were 35x and only a few countries were eligible for the bonus- Malta was one of them.

Before signing up, I had a conversation with their live support as I really wanted to be sure that the wagering requirements truly were only 35x bonus amount, as I know offers like that don't appear too often. The support agent was very nice and professional and I was assured that the wagering was only on bonus funds and I was eligible for it. I also liked the fact that after the conversation I automatically received chat transcript to my email, so in case I had any issues about bonus discrepancy, I'd have a way to prove it.

Regardless, I made a 50eur deposit and got a match bonus right away. I am really big fan and have account in any their sister brands but no matter how much I like playing at MT SecureTrade Limited Casinos, recently they seem to be changing a lot. All their newly casinos has free spins with wagering, now something new, they capped the winnings from free spins to some amount, but they are all different in all their brands, somewhere 100 eur, somewhere 200 eur so I am really lost.

Now as I can see Wishmaker has put a maximum withdraw where casino have the right if a player wins a bigger amount of money, they have right to divide the players funds, so if large amount would be won they will be divided by 10 installments? It's clearly that recently they have become regular casinos, nothing outstanding from this group. As I know only Guts has left with NO limit when it comes to a withdraw, the other brands are just average casinos I guess.

Also when it comes to withdraw, this group was popular for the fastest payouts but I guess not any more. I don't know about this new guys but nothing will surprise me. Same owner, different targets of countries, different T&C for their welcome bonuses. This guys are offering their welcome bonus only for selected countries only. I was interested to their bonus but only for the second deposit which is 100% but a bit nicer which comes up to 150, well that's a decent bonus. But unfortunately I am not welcomed to use their bonuses, as I mentioned before only selected countries have that honor.

For the time being I won't deposit here because I am really fed up with those restrictions, Dreamz casino and Wishmaker casino has opened their doors in same time I think, where I am eligible for the bonus in one of them and at the other I am not. They might be decent casino but for now they are on standby, by me.
