The casino website sure does take such a long time to load coz there are just way too many flash plug-ins… it's not even my internet that is the issue here, if u are not able to load the website with full photos on web browser, what more if u are on phone mode? Also hard to browse games since the pics don’t load! Hover ur cursor over the game the pics don't load either. Inconvenient.

Customer service with at least exceptional rude communicative behaviour. Delays of kyc resulted in many chats and also a total loss of 1000€ which is my fault of course but regardless I wanted to finish up this case and close my account. Stay away from them. They use delay tactics to get your money and let you literally talk to the hand if you got issues to resolve. It seems also they are not well organized about customer requests since I have talked to some employees and got always different answers to the same request. However the red flag is clearly the verification procedure. Players should stay alert. Don't play there.
