Quite evasive to let me withdraw my money to Germany, arguing that my bank is not allowing the payments, what is completely false.
Who doesn't know about well known casino William Hill, casino we can trust, well I do, just seeing their license they have, I think we shouldn't be worry I guess, still having UK Gambling license and Gibraltar one so I think that's says it all. They are one of the oldest casinos and I do know about them long time ago, but honestly from the entire casino out here I can’t decide any more where to deposit, where first. I do have account at William Hill Vegas long time ago and that was in period when they were running free bonus which of course I gladly accepted.
Back then every game software were new to me, so didn't know much about Microgaming or the other software, so the free chip I lost pretty fast. While I browsing the next few months ago I wanted to deposit in some casino which I haven't yet so that way I saw one advertise about William Hill casino and decided to make deposit there. At first I was having trouble to sign in because it was really long time ago from my first play there, but with a little help from live chat I managed to sign in and start playing. I doubt that I was eligible for some kind of bonus, just because my account was really old, so I didn't even asked the support so I made one deposit of 30 euros and wanted to try my luck on Cherry Blossom game.
I wanted to play some of the WMS games but seeing they are all 20 liners I decided to try my luck on Cherry Blossom, yet another 20 liner slot, which I prefer the 25 liner but WMS are different then WGS games so only 20 liners slots. My 30 euros went so fast, just because the game was giving only dead spins. I didn't even hit the free spins feature, well what to expect, I was playing with 0.60 cents, so around 70 spins and my money has gone. I can’t say I had good time here, but I guess that, that day Lady Luck wasn't near me, well that's luck I guess, we can’t be lucky in every casino we play. Always new games available, and some neat exclusive games in Vegas section, never had any problems depositing or withdrawing.
I have noticed and experienced Payout ratios have decreased in Casino section, (I have noticed because I read the Help sections with RTP), Games and Vegas section are not very friendly with returns when I compared same games which pay and hit noticeably better on other casinos.
Bad bonuses that do not attract me anymore.
There's not many casinos like with William Hill. A ton of games, really good bonuses, and the support team is one of the best. I've seen players from all over the world play here and it's been around long enough to have built up good credibility and trust. Brilliant range of games, reliable company, takes PayPal which is always a huge plus to me, over all not a bad site you know you are playing in a reputable casino and for me that's important nothing worse than playing somewhere, winning big and fretting over whether you'll get your money or not.
Don't like their 6 hour pending period for withdrawals. A site as big as will hill should have the decency to not allow reverse withdrawal. Plus customer support are useless most of them haven't a clue about what you are asking and they don't seem to care either. Will play here again though if there is a good promo going.
