I started playing at WildCoins around December, I think. I contacted their support before I deposited and they confirmed US players were allowed. Since then have deposited hundreds. It was never my main play site because I seemed to lose more than win. Except for one time about a month ago when I did when enough to decide to cash out. I went and went thru the withdrawal process. After about 6 hours and no withdrawal I contacted support who ASSURED me I would receive my withdrawal and thanked me for my patience. I asked them if they needed any verification, as in d.l. Or utility proof of address, which I was told no that if they needed anything they would contact me. I contacted them about 4 more times within the next 24 hours and was met with basically the same reply. I told myself that it was probably because they were such a new site they were just backed up. Being that the withdrawal wasn’t a very large sum I eventually got bored and cancelled the still pending withdrawal.
After that, I rarely visited their site due to the wait time on my withdrawal attempt. Without any good answers from support. But I still deposited there weekly, probably, just because my other sites seem to get dry or my luck seems cold so I like to have alternates. So anyways I started depositing more around a week and a half ago and the slots seemed to be paying better. But then I came across a blog that said US players were restricted and they would take your money. And I thought that’s not right because I asked support before I started playing there! But I went straight to support and asked them. The first support agent put me on hold for like 20 mins trying to find the answer. I had a phone call and lost network within the chat.
