WildCoin Casino - Usage of deposited Amount not possible

First: Sorry for my English, hope you understand it.
I have a strange Problem and give the Casino over 2 Weeks Time to resolve it and advice some Solutions but it was not resolved. All my Solution Ideas was *ignored* and support always answer the Same ...

Problem: I have used bitcoins before on this Casino and change my Wallet to EUR. I make a small Deposit over 20 Euro and it was credited with the 50 Bonusspins. In my Account, it show me the correct Amount.
Now the Bug: To play with this Money i need to choose (after login) EUR, default it shows btc. EVERYTIME (i try on 5(!!!) Devices) after change the Currency the Website make a Logout and i cannot play or Withdrawal..

I attach here my E-Mails with the Casino Support, with my Ideas for a Solution. I already sent in Live Chat 2 Video Recordings (too big for attach here" from my Cellphone, so the Casino was able to see it. I'm very sorry to open a Case about a small Amount + 50 Spins but i try all other Ways :( Thanks for your Help in Advance :)
