Payment Information and Options at Westpoint Casino
The casino supports various payment methods so you can deposit and withdraw with ease. It’s also a crypto casino, and you’ll see which methods are supported in your country when you open the cashier.
The great news is that the casino does not charge any fees to make a withdrawal. However, check with your payment processor to see if they charge any before withdrawing.
The minimum withdrawal amount is 20 EUR for countries in the EU and 50 EUR for other countries. The maximum daily withdrawal limits are 5,000 EUR and 1,000 EUR for e-wallets. The maximum monthly withdrawal limit is 25,000 EUR. Any amount that exceeds our maximum limits will be paid out in instalments until all is paid out.
The casino adheres to a 24-hour pending withdrawal period, during which you can cancel your withdrawal. You also need to verify your account before you can withdraw. Information regarding the verification process is available when you register.
Customer Support at Westpoint Casino
If you need help and support, you can either contact the casino through live chat or email. Live chat is the quickest option and can be used from any page.
There is no chatbot, so you will be transferred to a customer support agent when they are available. The casino aims to respond to all customers as soon as possible, and you can chat with an agent 24/7. Live chat is currently supported in English only.
Whilst live chat is trained to answer all questions, you can also email the casino if you need further assistance. You can do this directly or use the online contact form on the casino's website.
Further to that, you can visit the FAQ page, which has detailed answers on various topics.

Westpoint is home to a catalogue of casino games, from online slots and table games to live casino games. If you like the chase, you can also check out the casinos' selection of progressive jackpot games.
The casino has more than 20 gaming providers, which we have listed. However, these are country-specific and may not all be available in your country. When you open the games lobby, you can use the Providers filtering option to see which ones you can access and select your favourites.
If you know which games you want to play, you can type them into the search engine. It’s a great way to find games quickly and efficiently.
If you prefer live casino games, the casino has a selection, including versions of Live Blackjack, Live Roulette and more.
Westpoint Casinos Commitment to Responsible Gambling
The casino takes responsible gambling seriously and has tools to help you manage your gambling habits, which we have listed above.
Unfortunately, the responsible gambling page is only available to registered accounts. However, when you are logged in, you will find a link to My Limits below Support that will give you access to set deposit limits.
You can also find tools to help close your account for any period of time if your gambling is getting out of control.
I have deposited with 100% but my bar progress doesn't progress and the chat live tells me I need to deposit again if I want to have a chance to withdraw. This site is a huge joke. Be careful guys, don't play 1 euro here.
