The amount of games and providers they offer is really great. The games are working fine and there is no delay in playing.
The customer service is mostly quick in responding. Sometimes it takes longer than usually.
The offered bonus for new comers is also a good one.
The identification process is kind of nightmare. Usually you do a withdraw, then they cancel it and request documents. If one of the requested documents are not 100% in the way they requested it, you have to wait to the next day because they only work once a day on the documents I have sent. If the identification process was done, you can withdraw max. 500 EUR per day. The next withdraw is allowed to be done exactly 24 hours later.
I requested my first withdraw on March 20th. At the same time I sent my documents for the identification process to the customer service due to the reviews I read. Therefore on March 24th I was finally identified. Since then I got the first week only 3 withdrawals. Reason for this is, that the finance department planed it this way. Not really an explanation why this was done this way.
This week I got only one withdrawal. In total I was waiting for 6 withdrawals. The other two open withdawals have been cancelled without any notification about it. As I asked the customer service what happened, they told me they are improving there systems and I have to request once again my two open withdrawals.
What should I say?
I like playing at the casinos offered games.
What I do not like is:
- the identification process is not state of the art
- to withdrawal money because the restriction of 500 EUR by day,
- they start working on withdrawal after an waiting time of 3 days
- they cancel withdrawals without telling it
- there is no possibility to set a restriction for gambling
