My 2 stars are for UI and user progress system. Apart from that other casinos provide much smoother and better experiences.

The verification system is extremely poor, hectic & frustrating. They ask you for one proof after another and in formats other that what you send them. For example, PDF - not accepted. transparent(PNG) - not accepted etc.
Plus they keep asking you for more documents other than what they requested in their first email. For example, they will send you an email requesting A,B,C & D document. When you share it, they will also ask for E along with a screenshot from F with VPN turned off etc. etc. and other such unreasonable requests.

All this and more for withdrwal amount of meger $20 & achievement coin. This seemed too lame to me. In spite of that, I did send them documents which they requested in first email and in the format they required. But at some point, I got tired of the ping pong and it just pissed me off.
That is the reason I do not recommend this website . Araxio Development N.V needs to focus harder on making customer experiences smoother, faster and unhectic. Until then, I do not recommend this website to anyone.
