Verde Casino - Payment declined for no reason

Hello AskGamblers team,

I am submitting this complaint against VerdeCasino regarding a failed cryptocurrency transaction that has not been refunded, and a system issue that is blocking access to my remaining funds.

On May 18, 2025, I attempted to deposit 26.25 USDT to VerdeCasino by scanning a QR code provided on their withdrawal page prompt. The transaction was sent via Gate.io, and blockchain confirmation shows it was successfully received at the address provided by VerdeCasino (Transaction Hash:

0x78c5838abb648a376abf26d51be422dc47a4bccbaf8e16a53fe1966e70f812e9).

However, the transaction was declined on their system, and despite repeated contact with support, the funds have not been refunded to my crypto wallet or returned to my balance. There is no clear reason provided for the rejection.

Adding to the issue, I am experiencing a technical error in my account:

My account balance shows $0.00 across all sections (real, bonus, live).

Yet, when I attempt to withdraw, the system blocks me with a message saying:

“To wager your deposit in full, please make bets for at least USD 6.86.”

This is contradictory and has completely locked my funds, even though no bonus was manually activated and no balance is visible.

Verde Casino - Delayed payments since July 27th

I opened an account at VerdeCasino about 4 months ago, the account was KYC verified on the first withdrawal, 3-4 months ago.

I made many deposits and many withdrawals, in total several dozen transactions

On July 27, 2024, I withdrew 4 x 450e, withdraws were not accepted and funds are still available to play, I sent an e-mail to support but there is no response, live chat is completely useless, and they do not provide any important information, just keep waiting for withdraws.

Their terms withdraw money policy are clear:

8.13. For the players who successfully completed the KYC check, a withdrawal amount of up to 499 EUR (or equivalent in your currency) will be approved by the Casino within the period of 5 mins — 12 hours, but not exceeding 2 working days from the date of the request, except for weekends and holidays. Please note, that the time for money clearance may vary upon the payment method. Most payment providers, especially banks, do not process payments on weekends and public holidays.

8.14. For the players who successfully completed the KYC check, a withdrawal amount from 500 EUR to 4999 EUR (or equivalent in your currency) will be approved by the Casino within the period of 5 mins — 48 hours, but not exceeding 5 working days from the date of the request, except for weekends and holidays. Please note, that the time for money clearance may vary upon the payment method. Most payment providers, especially banks, do not process payments on weekends and public holidays.

Even if you consider that they added up 4x my withdrawals, the amount is approximately 1810e, so it should be accepted in no longer than 5 business days, more time has passed than specified in the regulations and support does not provide answers why this is happening.

Verde Casino - Money is in the middle of transferring

I have created withdrawal in 24apr2024 for 4300thb an operator tell me to wait for a process of withdrawal 3business day.

In monday29apr a transactions is "in progress" status and an operator tell me to wait for a withdrawal he said "Thank you for waiting, and sorry for the delayed response. As I can see, your payout is being processed on the side of the external provider, please expect it to be completed in the nearest time. Money is in the middle of transferring. It is a stage after the payout is confirmed by our financial department. "

But in tue 30apr the transactions is "rejected" status.

I have ask to an operator about it and a answer is "Thank you for waiting. As I can see, your previous withdrawal request has been rejected due to the issues from the side of the payment provider. Your new withdrawal is waiting to be processed by our financial department. Your money will be deducted from your playing account after the financial department processes this transaction. Now you need to wait.

They are dishonest. I deposited and they took my money. Their system wouldnt accept my phone number andi i could’nt play but they wouldn’t give my deposit back even though it wasn’t my fault. Very bad customer service who just tried to prolong the situation. I stayed over 1,5 h at the chat and no result. So they just took my deposit

Verde have been generous in cashbacks when have asked. They offer great bonuses. I have had a successful withdrawal from Verde so no complaints in that area. Also thanks Rey for your help in chat support you dealt with my matter even tho I was difficult to deal with.

Very small max cash outs with bonus. Verification process is slow. And very difficult wanting so many documents. Although I did recieve my withdrawal without full verification so that's a good thing

I won 10,000€ over a period of one month. I have done all the verification and have not received any response until payment. Now they have blocked my account. I email every day and have not received any response. But to identify me they emailed me every day. I want a clear answer so that I know what to do.

The beginning was promising. It played very well. Problems arose when I ordered a withdrawal. After a few days, the money was stolen and my account was blocked. I was only paid a deposit. I do not recommend this company.

Do not play in this casino. I tried to verify my account, they ask me to put deposit information via bank transfer and it always get rejected! I also put other deposit via bank card hoping they would give me my money...nothing..again rejected. It's the 7th time I gave them my correct information, they always send me the same email. It's the first time I seen a such casino where customer service don't know anything and can't help me with my problem. I made 40 eur deposit and wanted to withdraw 210. No point.

This casino has good customer support, but the rules here are completely off. I have nothing positive to say about this casino; they are the worst and scammers. I deeply regret depositing money here; I can't even withdraw it anymore. This casino is a complete mess, the first and the biggest drawback is the payout. Initially, they mentioned that I need to undergo KYC verification, I completed it, then contacted support and asked how long it would take to receive my payment. The response was 2-3 days. Later, they emailed me this: "Your withdrawal of 283.05 EUR has the status 'Incomplete.' The status 'Incomplete' means that your withdrawal has not been processed yet by our financial department. Funds will remain in your account until they are fully verified and processed by our financial department. According to the site's rules, if your withdrawal amount, including the current account balance and lifetime withdrawals, is more than 20 times the amount of your deposits, your withdrawal will be processed within 30 days." In my opinion, this is not acceptable at all. Such information was not provided initially! My experience with this casino is bad, so I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU TO PLAY HERE, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, DO NOT DEPOSIT YOUR MONEY!!!

Interface of verde casino is good. They have all leading providers. Support is very good and respond quickly. Also they have very good bonus offer but bonus has Max win clauses.

Casino use delaying tactics for KYC and withdrawals. Also the RTP while playing slots feels very Low.
I submitted KYC documents but there is no reply for days when I contacted support then they cancelled my KYC demanding Utility Bill which I already submitted.
It's 1 month old electricity bill in pdf format and fulfill there all requirements but they rejected it and my KYC pending for 5 days in-between I loose my patience and loose all my winnings.
