Good selection of games. Bonuses are separated from real money, which is a good thing but they are really low value bonuses most of the times.
There is a lot to dislike about this site. They claim to have the "best loyalty program in the business" but in fact they are probably one of the least rewarding casinos out there when it comes to rewarding loyal customers.
The loyalty shop might be decent if you play for really low amounts, but if you play for anything above 10€ / month it is under all critic. Everything have a wagering requirement of 40 times the bonus amount / amount won on frees pins.
I think it is wrong to claim to have the best loyalty program when they apparently lack a loyalty department, and requests for goodwill is handled by the support. For example; deposited and played through 2500€ in a few days, asked for any goodwill and got offered 10€ with a 40x wager req. That is how much loyalty is worth at this site.
Would not recommend anyone to deposit at this site, considered the other alternatives out there when it comes to rewarding their customers.

When I started, I took their welcome bonus offer of 100% your first deposit. They have a fair design of their deposit match bonus offers, which means that your funds are not tied to any wagering requirements of the granted bonus, unless you touch the bonus balance. So if you start playing and win a decent amount – there will be no restrictions about withdrawing your winnings (the bonus will be forfeited, then.)
When you are on a bad run, losing your first deposit, you have kind of a second chance by playing with the bonus. However than you will have to meet wr, before you can withdraw any funds.
Account verification is really quick. It took a few hours for me to get verified.
At the end of July I had a really huge streak of luck at Vera and John, winning about 7.000 Euro from a just 10 Euro deposit i made. That day – or better night i played a lot thunderstruck from my mobile.
When requesting a withdrawal i saw that it was limited to 2000Euro per request and that I only could initiate one request at a time. So you have to wait until that is processed, before you can request the next one.

Has anyone had a drama with withdrawals taking to long? In my experience with the casino has been good up until today.
I spoke to a support member who informed me that my withdrawal was being processed by the accounts department and would be available soon. This was at around lunchtime. 6 hours after I requested withdrawal. I did not receive it so I attempted to contact them via live chat once again. They were offline. This continued for hours.
So I emailed support several times and did not receive a reply to any of my emails. Until finally around 7.30pm I received a reply. They informed me that due to it being the weekend it could take over 24hrs. I replied and informed them of my earlier chat with support and 2 hours on I still have not received a reply.
I think the lack of communication on their behalf is what is the most frustrating thing. Has anyone else had a similar drama? If so how long until it was resolved?

Nothing! Biggest rip off ever!
Site is an absolute joke!!! Spent over £250 no identification needed to deposit all this money but when I finally manage to win some of it back and withdraw it. I need to send my driving licence, along with me holding my driving licence, utility bills passport etc. To be asked back and fore to supply more identification I also had permission to use my mothers debit card so then had to send a portfolio of photos of her even after offering to get her to phone and clarify that I had her permission to use the card!! Clearly that would have been too easy so after being accused of having more than one account and that my identification my details were finally passed to payments to be processed! (this went on for 2 days).
It has now been a week since the information was passed and I have heard nothing! Despite e-mailing twice for an update on my withdrawal status! Site is quick enough to take your money but god forbid if you try and take something back!! These sites can quite easily afford to pay these funds I on the other hand can not afford to be £200 down!! Everything went very smoothly, they processed the visa request in about 4 hours and then it took another 4 days to reach my account. So that's the last box ticked !

The best thing about this casino is there payout, pending time is never longer than 1 hour, even in weekends.
