During my time with the website I was thrilled with the range of games plus the pay outs that I was given.
I wagered the promotional gift and even achieved a high withdrawal. However this is when the problems started to begin.
I had £2300+ in my account, the maximum withdrawl was £2000, this was understandable. I waited for this application to
be cleared but was contacted by the verfication team to send my documentation. Bank Card back and front, Passport, Driving
Licence and a utility bill. Having experienced this before I knew it was a formaility and sent my documents by
email using the iphone 7 camera. A few hours later I recieved an email explaining that the picutures were too blurry. I
retook the pictures made sure that they were clearly visable then sent away again. Within another hour the same problem
arose.
I was keen to have my money withdrew quickly as possible knowing that the money would take a few days after to be in my account.
The customer services kept on coming back dismissing my documentation with issues. I was more concerned with the time it was taking to verify the account and decided to continue to log on checking my status. Then notifications about free promotion spins with coins and leveling up began to appear in my notification I used each one up hoping that during this time I would have my verification would be accepted.

My initial deposits in total was £400, and throughout the time I spent being denied my withdraw l I managed to withdraw my money, withdrawing little more that I deposited. This was how a far deal shorter than the amount I was trying to withdraw. I did not recive any email explaining that my account had been verified, only when I went into the live chat to see why I was able to withdraw was I told that my account was confirmed as my own. This was after I was told that I would be emailed as soon as my account was verified. I believe that there were barriers put in place to delay my time on the site and encourage me to gamble, one time verification is an inconvenience but five times is excessive that caused unnecessary stress, the site was more than happy to accept my high deposits, but when I tried to withdraw red flags must have appeared. I have asked for the specific time my account was verified and have not been given this, I was given an estimated time.
