I really can't say anything positive. I have only registered because of an advert on TV. The online 24/7 chat is even available but I've unfortunately never experienced they could help.

Such a untrustworthy casino, They do not reply if you request your rights or want complain about some mistakes this casino has caused. The 24/7 refers to write directly to customer service on a special subject, even 4times I tried and didn't receive a feedback. Instead, they have locked my account and are refusing to reply.

One example: They offer a free Bonus game called CARDMASTER after depositing some money, only then this feature will be activated. They are 6 cards, with money symbol on them 1+2+3+5+10€ and 0€
This bonus game is absolutely manipulated. I played this game every day for 40 days, and clicked a card, and 37x it was 0€ and the left ones 1€. I am not a mathematician but this can not be true for 99.999% -

Don't normally "have" time to review casino's, but this time I wanted to do exception. Everything have been work fluently. I like the reward system for loyalty players and they have some good campaign's also. Direct transfer from bank what I use only is also here. And withdraw time was very fast. I did go work and came back. Winning's were already on my bank.

Where to start from...
1. Loyalty program is so bad. You literally need to deposit thousands to get some decent free spins from their shop. I made more than 20-30 deposits, total value about 1,000 Euros and I got a couple of 10 FreeSpins with 0.10 cents bet, most of which are on useless slots and resulted with 0.00 winnings.
2. Slots often get "internal error" message and player needs to close the game and restart it, which is annoying.
3. Customer support is awful. One told me he doesn't see my chat history and that I have none, although I have been contacting them on at least 5 occasions earlier. The other said "I'm sorry you didn't win as much as you wanted to." after a lengthy discussion about an issue - basically mocking me.
4. Just before writing this review I found out that V&J is restricted in Croatia, which is also mentioned here in AskGamblers. The casino on the other hand told me that it is ok to play, and gladly took my deposits. I asked in chat specifically before opening account. I wonder would that chat history also somehow "disappear" if I was to withdraw.
For almost every word said here I have a screenshot as a proof!
In my opinion, one of the worst casino experiences ever, in my total 15 years of gambling.

Many good games, easy to navigate and stylish design. The loyalty program is good, and easy to understand, not as complicated as others.

Why are the games not shown, from the highest bonus? Very limited withdrawal methods, don't make any sense.

About a year ago i closed my account due to having too many casino accounts - I just wanted to play with one. A year onwards I decided to reopen my account and was asked a lot of questions regarding why i wanted to re open . I'm assuming they wanted to check I didn't have gambling problems, which is fair enough.

I passed all the questions and was told to contact them in 24 hours to finally open the account (after the cooling off period).

I contact them a few days later only to be confronted with even more questions. I totally understand the first load of questions but to be asked the again just starts feeling like an interrogation. There's a fine line between being cautions and just trying to make someone your lapdog.

Needless to say, I really wasn't that bothered about having my account reopened.

Talk about power going to someones head..

The game selection is broad. A lot of german based slots which I like.

I have deposited almost 7k and had total payouts of 1300..payouts are bad and service even worse! Service employees don't even know what service is but they ask to rate them five stars after every conversation.

Decent game selection but not great. Nothing else positive really.

Interface is horrible to and looks bad. Color scheme is irritating. Casino and its practices are clearly not aimed to promote player satisfaction. Bonuses and offers are bad. They refer to terms hidden deep in rules page that nobody checks out to terminate your account without any prior warning. And that is not even in the general terms & conditions page.

There are MANY better casinos with pleasant interface, good bonuses and practices that are geared towards customer satisfaction. I would strongly advice you to stay away from this casino and deposit your money elsewhere if you want to play slots!

They have a large number of games and a good live casino (Evolution).
Good customer support.

Nothing really, although I hope they will improve the mobile website, as it's a bit 'clunky' to navigate.

I signed up here and recently deposited and took their welcome bonus. Completed the 40x wagering with and made a withdrawal. pending period was a few hours and I sent in my documents,they were verified very quickly. The games at this casino were very stable, no connection issues, very good selection of games from all the top providers like rtg, netent ect ect. No issues with the withdrawal process unlike most casinos today. Everything went very well and it was a smooth process. a major plus for me was when I sent in the withdrawal request I could not find a reverse option.

There is nothing to dislike about this casino. Only 1 small issue for me is the 40x wagering but to be fair to the casino most other online casinos run with 35x wagering so all in all this is fair.

Overall this is a brilliant casino and from now on it will be in my top 3 casinos to play at.very good service 10/10

This casino has a wide selection of games and competitions to suit all players from lower to high rollers. The support is adequate and the payouts are often within 24 hours depending on what time you request it.

Although the games are plentiful, unless you know what you ate looking for the site can be difficult to navigate.

Great Range of games, staff are polite the payouts from slots were considerable

During my time with the website I was thrilled with the range of games plus the pay outs that I was given.
I wagered the promotional gift and even achieved a high withdrawal. However this is when the problems started to begin.
I had £2300+ in my account, the maximum withdrawl was £2000, this was understandable. I waited for this application to
be cleared but was contacted by the verfication team to send my documentation. Bank Card back and front, Passport, Driving
Licence and a utility bill. Having experienced this before I knew it was a formaility and sent my documents by
email using the iphone 7 camera. A few hours later I recieved an email explaining that the picutures were too blurry. I
retook the pictures made sure that they were clearly visable then sent away again. Within another hour the same problem
arose.

I was keen to have my money withdrew quickly as possible knowing that the money would take a few days after to be in my account.
The customer services kept on coming back dismissing my documentation with issues. I was more concerned with the time it was taking to verify the account and decided to continue to log on checking my status. Then notifications about free promotion spins with coins and leveling up began to appear in my notification I used each one up hoping that during this time I would have my verification would be accepted.

throughout this time I was in continuous contact with live chat hoping my case would be put at the front of the Que as I had been waiting a full day. I ended up spending the £300, so I decided to speak with the live chat to inquire about my details, and was told that as soon as I was verified that I would be informed. I checked the status of my withdraw of £2000 and it was still under verification around 2pm. On the second day I reversed this and continued wagering, I had play a significant amount in my account and decided to see if it was possible to withdraw, this was the case.

My initial deposits in total was £400, and throughout the time I spent being denied my withdraw l I managed to withdraw my money, withdrawing little more that I deposited. This was how a far deal shorter than the amount I was trying to withdraw. I did not recive any email explaining that my account had been verified, only when I went into the live chat to see why I was able to withdraw was I told that my account was confirmed as my own. This was after I was told that I would be emailed as soon as my account was verified. I believe that there were barriers put in place to delay my time on the site and encourage me to gamble, one time verification is an inconvenience but five times is excessive that caused unnecessary stress, the site was more than happy to accept my high deposits, but when I tried to withdraw red flags must have appeared. I have asked for the specific time my account was verified and have not been given this, I was given an estimated time. The customer service staff were polite and helpful, but they did not seem effective or efficient.

I started playing here this autumn and so far have had only good experience. I like the site navigation and how easy they explain the bonus terms. You can cashout your winnings even if you haven’t used the bonus. And of course it’s impossible not to mention their coin system - you just get the coins for any activity in the casino like logging in, depositing, playing, ranking the game etc. You can then spend the coins to get free spins. Regarding the withdrawals, I only did it once and didn’t face any problems with that

It's hard to wager the bonus, I wish the wagering requirements were lower

Nice variety of games. Bonus system is decent. Also for bigger players. I get deposit bonuses and just today I got a 60 euro non deposit bonus after hitting the chat. Deposit a few thousand euro's last 4/5 weeks, but ok, still decent. Chat is fast, pay out r verry good and fast, verify account is also 1-2-3 done. Good site. Runs smooth and fast. Worth taking a shot here!

RTP on this site is way off for me. Its almost unreal how low it is. Hope it turns around. I read more complaints about that btw @ other review sites. But could just be verry unlucky.

They Have a huge verity of games and providers and my favourite games in their selection. The bonus system is what I prefer and the layout seems friendly and easy to navigate.

I signed up a few months ago I guess through a link that was not direct, in this time I played at LeoVegas, Dunder, SuperLenney, casumo and more, I was looking for a new casino that can provide me with the same bonus system like Leo Veags and Dunder has and also include the games I like, being a casino affiliate myself I remembered that Vera&John has that, I remember after talking to them in one of the private events in Malta last year.

I went in the site and and they had a welcome bonus that was very nice 200% +100 FS on the first deposit, and I think 100% + 100FS on the second one. When I went to deposit I had only a 100% + 10FS option, I contacted support and they told me that I can only use the welcome offer that was offered to me when I registered (I never made a first deposit), and that the welcome offer that is open for everyone else who never signed up is not open for me.

I have been playing many casinos and I'm in this business for a long time, this is the weirdest thing I encountered, even if that is true customer support should be there for the player in this case, I was not asking for anything spacial just to get what all other new players are getting, by doing that I can assure you they would have gained a loyal player but how do they think I will experience my first interaction with the casino now, how do they want me to play in a casino that will not flex and give me what is offered to all new players.

That is it, I hope that customer support will learn to think of how a player is experiencing the casino when they answer, this was after I wrote back and forth with support 4 or 5 time. I know they are a good casino but this handling made me not play there, I rather stay with Leo and Superlenny, they are always kind and helpful .

Vera &John is a casino I have known for a very long time, basically from the moment I started playing online. I have heard many great things about them and because of that I was quite upset that they didn't take players from my country.

Recently I moved and was looking for some new casinos to try and remembered about them. Since I was finally able to play there, I couldn't resist.

I went to the registration page and entered my details, but it showed that they are already in the system. I tried to login with them and it directed me back to the step 2 of registration. I wanted to get the welcome free spins for new players so I contacted support to see what's happening. I was told that years ago I started registration process with this email and username and therefore all I could do was finish the form. The support told me I couldn't get the signup free spins because of it, but was helpful enough to add a note to my account that I should get the welcome bonus when I deposit. I told him I wanted to deposit in a few days and he told me I have a week to do that. So I was very pleased with the customer support help.

A few days passed and I came back to deposit. For my 10€ deposit I got 20€ bonus with 40x wagering. I played Twin Spin for the whole night and very quickly I got up to over 100€. I cancelled the bonus by requesting a withdrawal, since the bonus wasn't attached to cash balance, but little later I cancelled my cashout request and played with my funds until lost all.

Although I didn't end up with a win, I had a lovely time at Vera&John. They have a great customer support, game selection is very pleasing and their coin shop is one of a kind, so I will be coming back.

Many games. Good loyalty program. Nice layout. Easy to get some free spins, and collect loyalty points.

Withdrawals. I can not get any exact reply about my Skrill withdrawal which should take 24 hours but already does take more time. It's not a big amount. The chat consultants can't do anything of course, just "nice speech" thingies. And "sorry sorry" for everything. Every withdrawal took up to 6 hours but now suddenly they take more than 24 hours.

Also the bonus wagering is a bit too high, should be 30x, at least for people who made deposits.

The best casino I've played so far. Besides the fact that they have a huge variety of games by almost all providers, the loyalty program aloud players to play with no fund just by activities voting for games, login in etc. And then u get free spins in the casino shop. The biggest plus is maybe the fact that once your account is confirmed the withdrawal process at least with me takes not more than an hour!
