There is nothing good in this casino, bad games that no one ever heard of and bad custom service.
This casino is a scam! I played 20free spins in this casino and successfully wager the winnings, but I couldn't withdraw my money after multiple problems in this casino they said that there is problems with trustly while it was working just fine in other casinos. Then I send them email to close my account and stop sending me offers to my email anymore, they did not do that and I still get those offers to my email..
Vegas Play is one of the latest casinos I joined and I did that for two reasons- I saw they were giving 20 free spins for new players and because they have interesting software provider- Wazdan, which I am not very familiar. I registered there, and since I had a special bonus code, I needed to write it in the registration form. There was no place for "bonus code" so I didn't do that, thinking I would get the free spins anyways. I validated my email and after that I saw there was nothing in my account.
Then I went to speak to live chat, but unfortunately they work limited hours, so I had to write them a system message. I asked if they could somehow help me and maybe add the free spins manually. Luckily it wasn't weekend, since live support isn't available then at all, which in my opinion isn't a good thing and something they should change in the future.
The next day I received an email from them, offering a new bonus code for no deposit. I entered it and hoped to see 20 free spins, while instead I saw that my account was credited with 2€ that needed to be wagered 100x times. It isn't a very friendly offer for new players, in my opinion and if I’d known that before, I probably wouldn’t have spent my time registering and writing them.
Since it's around Halloween time, I decided to play a game called Book of Magic. I played with 0.20€ bets per spin, I played 10 spins and they all were empty and my small bonus money was already gone.
My experience at Vegas Play casino was really short but it was enough to understand that I won't be making any deposits there. The game selection was very poor, live chat was available only on certain hours and not on weekends. Also I read their terms and saw there was a limit for withdrawals- 2 per month, I think it is one of the most ridiculous terms I’ve seen. I don’t recommend this casino.
