Nice look and huge selection of games, playing there since few months and never got issues, support is pretty responsive as well, just got an email yesterday for a new competition and definitely will be part of it. I agree with the reviewer who posted right before me - I've wagered a significant amount at Vegascasino (even more at Bitcasino), and am a VIP. Things used to be great at Vegascasino when they actually had promos and weekly drawings, but lately the casino has gone WAY downhill. You would think that a casino would offer you something for being a VIP, but instead, they actually REDUCED my % completion for a $200 amazon gift card that I chose as my gift after hitting a certain amount of playthrough. I was around 85-90% complete and one day they reduced it down to less than 10%....now I would understand say if the gift I had chosen was for bitcoin due to the increased price, but a $200 gift card back when I started the play-through for the gift is still worth $200...why would my play-through amount be decreased significantly? I'll never know, bc I've contacted "VIP" multiple times with either the response "its correct" or no response at all. I used to recommend people to play here whenever I could, but lately I wont even play here let alone me recommending it to anyone else. This casino has gone way downhill since new staff was put in place. The VIP agent I have dealt with is Simona who is unresponsive and lacks any knowledge of what VIP is. I am warning those new players that since staff has changed this casino has become very unreliable and I do not recommend playing. Also notice promos have basically been shut down to nothing and this makes me suspect change in direction.

This casino has way too many connection issues, or they intentionally have connection issues so it's players won't be able to cashout.

I've deposited loads of bitcoins into this casino, and every time, there always a connection issue, where the reels won't stop spinning, the whole page becomes unresponsive, the pages freezes - making you refresh the page then come to find out you've lost credits because their page became unresponsive. It's way tooo annoying and irritating.

Everything. This casino is questionable. I have experienced rude staff, misleading chat hours "24 hours" is not 24 hours. They do not have a real vip system. They "set targets" and it's not fair for high rolling players I wouldn't suggest playing here.
