Player Reviews

This is another BGO brand, and once again a very polished and professional looking casino as you’d expect from them. It’s interesting to see this group uses different promotions and welcome bonuses at each of their brands, as I’d expected to claim another bonus like what I received at Chilli Casino.
Most of the big slot providers are available here, although Microgaming is curiously absent now, who I’m sure were definitely available a while back over at the other BGO casinos. They have definitely gone downhill recently anyway so it wouldn’t surprise me if Vegas Luck have just dropped them. The selection of table games and in particular Blackjack variants is nice and wide here, which I know isn’t a big thing to everyone but it’s definitely something that I appreciate when choosing where to play.
The welcome bonus is an up to 50 free spins deal, with one spin for every £1 deposited. The spins are wager free and this would really be okay IF you could play the spins on any game, or at least if they were worth more than just 10p. You can at least play them on Twin Spin Deluxe, which is a marginally better game than any of the other options, although I’d definitely have preferred the original Twin Spin if I’m honest.
Withdrawals are as fast here as you will find anywhere, and seem to be processed in record time regardless of which method you choose to use. Of course you have to wait a bit longer if your bank or card provider is part of the equation, but Skrill/Neteller always get my money in under half an hour and I’m pretty sure the card transactions are being processed in roughly the same timescale as well.
One thing I’m definitely not a fan of, all deposits under £500 have a charge applied to them… it isn’t much at 2.5%, but when depositing £100 you definitely do feel short changed when very few other online casinos feel it necessary to charge such a fee. It really does feel like a penny-pinching tactic when you consider most players are just going to wager their entire deposit anyway… you may as well let them place a couple of extra bets with that money really. Not a huge thing, but it is something to consider when choosing where to deposit your money.
Good selection of games and Paypal withdrawals processed in 2 days. I would recommend this site. I like the fact that they have White Wizard Deluxe, my fave game.
Wins are rare in my opinion. More wins would encourage me to play here more often. Come on, you know you win most of the time anyway!. Why are players paying a fee to deposit money? Most other sites don't do this so please remove this as it's not fair.
