I just recently started playing at uptown aces again and I managed to hit both a $9500 on Naughty or Nice and $16,000 jackpot on Paydirt and I am currently awaiting verification so that I can withdrawal with a balance of $19k. I have tried tons of sites and none of them have come close to letting me play as long as I have on this one with very few deposits even if you ignored the 2 huge wins that I hit.

Like all RTG their machines can have big swings. They always had a good bonus that let me play rather than just watch my balance drop to zero. I finally got lucky and cleared the bonus. The verification was quick (24 hrs) and the cash out was about 2 days (bitcoin) which I didn't think was excessive. I gave it an 8 only because some other casinos offer instant cash outs. Other than that they would be a 10.

Once I cashed out I no longer get bonus offers through email and have limited bonuses available on the site. I"m still okay with it.

Like the RTG software, I also have hit good a few times here, my stupidity I blew it back, but at least I won.

I dislike the way I was treated by live chat rep tonight and the way the software ran. I was playing treasure tree, hit play and reveal all, the screen froze up so I tried it again, play and reveal all, the screen stayed frozen but the FREE GAMES Won Sounds played out loud.
So I waited a second the screen was still froze so I exited and went right back in, but no free games, so I played 2 more times, to see if it would repeat the last 2 games or whatever but still no free games. And Treasure Tree has a distinct special music when free games are won. So I go to live chat ask the rep to check my issue by history of last 5 spins, she says everything looks fine, so I asked to view my history and I am told I cant view on my end, even though it is in fair gaming terms on their site, so I am typing some more questions etc...
And they just disconnected me. Waited on hold for total of ten minutes during chat to get hung up on.

I have dumped a bunch of deposits here and get treated like dirt maybe cuz I'm not high roller or whatever, but the service has been horrid lately and this mad me frustrated enough to no longer play here. Typical RTG casino but I can always seem to play for a while on my deposits. I haven't had to much contact with their customer service but they seem pleasant. They offer quite a few bonuses and I use them all. Most importantly, they pay!!! Withdrawal takes about a week total which is fair enough. I'm giving them 10 stars because I've never had any issues or problems with them and they actually in a timely manner. Oh, and did I mention that they pay?

There is nothing to dislike about uptown aces. They pay. :)
