On December 11th I received an email from uptown aces indicating that my documents were documents were OK and I was verified. To me that meant that I could withdraw easy and I played there many times a subsequent. I want a few dollars and decided to cash out for 2500 on December 23rd and yesterday December 27th I received an email stating that they needed documents again. I submitted those and had to and had to ride customer service to get them to look at them in a I'm in a timely manner. They did and again approved. It is now the 28th and I still don't have my money and all I get from customer service is that it's a holiday and they're out when I can't see on the calendar that it's a holiday on their island or anywhere else.
