Unibet is my favorite online casino. Been playing here both poker and sometimes casino games for years. They pay out very fast and never had any problems with them. Amazing selection of slot machines. So many! Excellent online casino.

Only thing I dislike is that some countries have games that others don't. I know some can buy lottery tickets... and others not. I would like to have them available in Estonia too. The poker client could be a bit better and offer more of the features other known poker providers have. Such as fold to any bet also acting as "check". Check-fold etc.

That Hexapro sit go type of game should be forbiden by law and guys that made and allowed that game put to jail. It s just not normal for 3 players to play in prize pool of 7.50 euros when each of them entered with 5 euros.

Unibet and kindred went from hero to zero when their withdrawal went form 1-3 days to 5-7. Guess it have to do with Norwegian banks and foreign casinos. Anyway we had a good run so I will give this casino a 7 stars even tho I have to find another favorite casino.

I like everything on the site really. Withdrawals are fast, they are not pending for ages and it's in my bank the next day. Minimum withdrawal is £5 and there is no fee. I do like that the minimum deposit is £5, so even if you just want to play a cheeky few spins you can do that.

Maybe the only thing what I haven't seen yet is getting points or some kind of reward system for deposits. But I can live without bonuses :)

Good...ish slots selection. Quick payouts. They also have tournament that arent won by people with biggest wallet (equalized bets) which is a huge plus and tournaments often award wager free cash. Bonuses have ok wagering, but arent that common though.

Great safe gambling tools where you can set everything you want in a few secs. With all that said its a good, safe place to play but it doesnt really stand out from the crowd so 7.5 - 8/10 is pretty fair rating imo.

Slots are shown even if you are unable to play that provider games and unless you know that in advance, you will get disappointed when you deposit and open a slot which is not playable in your country.

Some promos give free spins on slots you cant play, which is another problem. Slot selection is ok but nothing to write home about and adding some more providers would be nice. They have no yggdrasil, merkur, bally or novo slot that i know of.

When I wanted to withdraw a high sum of money I won. Suddenly I needed to verify my account once again. Suddenly, there was an issue with details provided in my account. Although I am already a member for 8,5 years. Previously, I was able to withdraw money without an issue. For me it is really strange that Unibet suddenly finds out about an error, which was there for 8,5 years and could have been detected a very long time ago.

Afterwords Unibet blocks my account and does not reply on my e-mails.

I cannot remember now when I signed up at Unibet Casino, but it was probably back in 2016. The casino was offering 10 no-deposit free spins for new registrants, for which my country was not indicated as restricted, so I duly signed up, hoping to get that free spins. I then contacted their Live Chat for clarification, but the host couldn't help me out either, because she only handles UK based customers, and I wasn't one of that. Anyway, I didn't want to waste more of my time, so I just left the situation as it is, with a presumption that a new country restriction is now in play.

There is not so many bonus offers on Unibet, so if you wanna play with 100% bonus, you will probably only do it once. The first deposit bonus. They have gotten better I've heard, haven't played there in like 1-2 months.

Easy to navigate and good casino tournaments and first deposit bonuses

Had lots of accounts over the years and never been hacked once until recently on Unibet. Customer services are terrible at sorting this out and do not update you as to whats going on. I've also recommended friendsto Unibet - one of which has also been hacked.

This is what I like the most:
1. Has "Play for fun" option;
2. Has visible winner results;
3. Deposit via Credit/Debit Card;
4. Withdraw to bank account;
5. Can save favorite games and it's easy to find them later;
6. Has NetEnt games.

So far I have only one complaint about this casino: deposit fee when use Credit/Debit Card.

This is what frustrates me so much, I am a customer on unibet for 4+ years and in this time I made many many deposits and they all come without a bonus, but that is not the biggest issue, the most annoying thing I found is that they do not give loyalty bonuses as well. Unibet always had an app that is called Spincity, were you can collect tokens and in return you will go instant to the bonus on the selected slot.. I collected a lot of these tokens and to my surprise I just heard that Spin City is not available in my country anymore. I contacted support which is very rude and you have to wait more then 20 minutes to get in. The first thing I heard is that they said I did not collected tokens enough and will not receive a bonus in return for all the tokens I collected! I was really surprised since I KNOW for sure I did. And you know what happend when I said this can not be the case? Of course, support left the chat and leaves me with nothing.

So there you have it, my experience with unibet has not payed off.. Let me be clear to say that I had also good times here but how support treats you and how many bonuses they give on deposit or loyalty bonus is the lowest of all the casino's I have experienced.

I've been a customer at this casino for a few years now, it was not until I started trying out other casino's that i realized that Unibet barely ever gives out bonuses to their loyal players, but I guess they are so big so they don't care about loyal players, all they care about is the big fish that deposits enormous amounts of money.
Compared to other and much smaller casinos they are horrible at giving out bonuses. I received more bonuses in just a few weeks on other casinos than I have from Unibet over years.

Unibet So I check my bank to find I have no money so I looked at phoning my bank and turns out all was sent to firstclear (unibet) I never ever had an account with unibet and I sure as hell do not deposit money to unibet, I have never heard of them before! My cards are now cancelled and I am currently investigating this matter with my bank and Unibet but I am still left with no money in my bank! Stay away from this company definitely something dodgy going on.
