After all that, I deleted - permanently - by myself my account and moved to another casino, which still today I am very happy to play.

This site is better than I expected and there are some others that have been closely linked to this one. I gotta give kudos to the team who handled it well and I can say that there has been a lot of effort when it comes to the games and services it has. All I can say that it is almost good enough for me except that they have slow responses when it comes to customer service. Although the poker client is good it has... some problems. Lacks very basic features that any other poker client out there would have. There is no check-fold button for some reason.
