Now I received an email that I can't withdraw that amount, because I didn't wager it.

I spoke to your customer support team and explained the situation, and he claimed that I would be allowed to withdraw it, as a one-time thing.

I asked if I should proceed with the withdrawal, and he confirmed that I should and that It will be approved. I went to withdraw again and it got rejected. I spoke to them again, and they changed their view and told me I need to wager it. Horrible

I tried to find out what exactly I had “violated.” Then they sent me another email, referring to a different clause, which seemed very strange to me. First, they call me Anna and say I violated clause 10.3, and now it turns out there’s a new clause. By the way, the account is still blocked. Every single day, they change the reasons for closing the account and come up with different excuses. Well, I didn’t get my money, but I did get a whole bunch of terrible emotions and emails with ridiculous excuses.

It can look decent but the real truth is that they are like other fraud casinos. They don't have any advantages despite good looking layout of their service.

Terrible fraud company. They limit very fast, support is arogant and not helpfull. My account was verified but once I requested first withdrawal I had to pass additional KYC, I provided them all and they closed my account and stole all money. Complete fraudsters!
