Absolutely amazed how this casino still has an MGA license and how they got it in the first place. my experience is that they really do everything in their power to delay the withdrawal until you cancel and lose it all. the verification went fairly quickly but then the problems started, had a large withdrawal that went more than 48 hours without being approved, despite several contacts with the live support and standard answers "we apologize for the delay" and "we will contact management to prioritize your withdrawal" absolutely nothing happened. this is as frivolous as it gets and I see no reason to play here as there are better MGA alternatives with much higher RTP as well. Strongly advise against Twin!

Twin Casino has a good variety of payment methods and all my withdrawals were carried out in an instant. Also, the free bonuses given when you level up in their VIP program are always welcome.

I wish the bonuses had a lower minimum threshold for the BRL currency. I'm not a high roller and my deposits are usually low and frequent. Other than that, all good.

Great variety of games and providers, trustworthy. Easy to navigate thought the site. I find games play better for me on Twin than a couple of my other sites. This would be my go to casino but I like getting paid in a timely manner.

Terrible slow verification and withdrawal process- wait times. The site had a glitch upon my first attempt to withdrawal via ewallet, had to wait 24 hours for them to fix the glitch in order to be able to request it again, then had to wait another 24 hours for them to request my Muchbetter documents to verify, now have to wait again for those to be approved and have my withdrawal approved ( it’s a small amount withdrawal). I’m used to waiting 2-3 hours tops for verification, so it’s quite frustrating. I had asked them to allow me to verify a week ago, and they won’t allow you to verify until they request it. It’s just overall frustrating to deal with them, but it’s quite easy to deposit and play.

Good variety of games, site is easy to navigate, and it has lots of deposit options. Trustworthy site in my experience.
Chat is good for helping with bonus questions.

Withdrawals are slow, and verification is slower. 72 turnaround to verify. I’m in the process of my first withdrawal which is still processing for 3 days due to verification. They require you to re-verify stuff that is already approved. I find this extremely slow compared to other sites.

I decided to try Twin yesterday because I had a $10 prepaid voucher to use and Twin accepted $10 deposits to receive their match offer and bonus spins; others would not offer a match at $10.

Well, so far I played with $10 + $10 match and got 40 bonus spins on day 1, won about $350, withdrew $250 last night, went to bed then woke up to an email from Twin that my withdrawal was approved, and another one from the processor that they had received the withdrawal request.
That was super fast! It will probably be tougher to make withdrawals if my winnings are bigger (telling from experience with other casinos), but maybe not.

Great experience so far!
-Low deposit requirement for bonus
-Withdrawals are not locked in for many days before processed! What a relief!
-Good loyalty rewards that I have no seen anywhere (I got bonus spins, free cash and more bonus spins just for playing? I'll take it!)
-Very mobile friendly

I have not had to contact their support yet as I just registered yesterday to play on Easter weekend, so I cannot comment on that and that's usually what I find dreadful with online casinos.
Support will always tell you to fix your issue, you have to contact x or Y department via email. Hopefully this is not the case with Twin.
One thing is that although I find the website very mobile friendly and fast, my game did crash many times but I think it might be because of the game platform provider. Not sure.

I previously left a positive review due to fast cashouts however recently things have changed.. it has been over 72 hours an my payment is still pending... I'm playing on other casino sites to avoid risk losing my cashout which I have loaded up but its taking forever.

I used to think this casino was different from others as they had fast cash outs and did not use the "payment delay" tactic to entice you to play more and therefore lose the money. In fact I've had cash outs that process to quickly in the past that I had wanted to reverse... However as I write this I am playing at Loki casino waiting for my twin payment to be processed... It feels pointless playing on a site if you don't feel like your gonna get paid.

Good selection of games available, lots of choice
Site reliability - rarely had any technical issues
Live chat is usually available and responds quickly when it's your turn, I've been on other sites where it can take a long time to get a reply

I had a number of issues with TwinCasino unfortunately. After a win, I requested a withdrawal using the same method of deposit (mastercard). They email me telling me that not only was it rejected by my credit card company, but that my account needed also to be verified. I understand being verified but find it strange that they wouldn't tell me I needed to be verified before my bank rejected it.
The put the money back into my account and I started the process of verification. I send all the documents to them and get this message: " Hey Kevin, Thanks for sending over those documents, we have received your Proof of address and it was positively verified, however your ID is expired and you also need to send back side of your Credit card with 4 corners shown.

Kindly send :
Proof of Address:
- A copy of a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your name, address and date of issue. By recent we mean not older than 3 months and it's also important to mention that we won't accept a mobile bill as utility bill. back side of your Credit card with 4 corners shown."

I did have to re-do the credit card, but it made no sense they told me my my address was positively verified, and then ask me to send proof of address again. Then they tell me my license is expired when it expires on my birthday in September. They then acknowledge over live chat they made a mistake in reading my license information wrong. Due to these delays, I deposited more. Granted they did compensate me for it with a bonus, but it was still aggravating.

I then sent a request to withdraw via Wire transfer. I put in all the information, and even went on LiveChat to make sure I had it right. One of the LiveChat agents didn't know about one of the address fields if it was the bank's address or mine, went to check with someone, and came back. I told the ;LiveChat agent everything I had entered (ie: what each box meant) and he said it was correct.
I took a print screen shot showing their reply to me plus that I had all the information filled out.

One week later, still no deposit and now LiveChat basically can't help expect ask you to wait by email, and each reply takes about 2-3 business days. I then get this email:

Hey Kevin,
Thank you for your email.
Kindly note the payment provider confirmed the withdrawal failed as the account details were missing the bank/branch code.
We have forwarded this withdrawal request to the relevant department for manual bank transfer and as soon as it has been processed from our end we will contact you back again via email.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!"

That concerns me as I'm staring at the screenshot of the information I sent them, and it was included, 100% no ifs and or buts about it. i then write them this email:

And they ignore the screenshot I attached and what I asked, and instead write back with a general statement:

Kindly be informed that we have sent 1698 CAD to your bank account. Transfer is done yesterday 24th July. Please note it might take up to 4-5 banking days.
Have a great day!"

It did arrive today, finally, after my initial request was sent on July 15th.

Secondly, just so I jump right into it, I'd like to make it clear that this matter has been resolved and payment of the withdrawal has been made in full.
Granted there were some issues along the way, one of them having been human error, but the team, both customer support and finance worked closely with you to ensure that payment was done as efficiently and as fast as possible.
Sometimes what can happen is that payment processors have their own processing times and requirements for payouts, which we legally have to abide by, as we are a regulated casino. I'm sure you and everyone can appreciate this.
When information on a document doesn't match or is expired or for any other reason isn't accepted, then we always try to find another way around it as we always honour our withdrawals. Hence the request for multiple options of identification.
Nonetheless, to sum up when we processed your withdrawal, it was successful on our system. How this works is, the provider (Inpay) completes the transaction. (FYI:We cannot see any information you enter on the withdrawal form). In this case, your branch code was wrong therefore Inpay wasn't able to send the funds. Finally this withdrawal ended up being a manual bank transfer due to the player account is being closed.
Either way, it's important to re-iterate that our players and your funds/winnings withdrawals are important to us. All these things together work towards the player experience. The smoother the better. Surely anyone reading your review and our response can see that this was an isolated "problem". Nonetheless the player's been paid out. We're happy to have been able to assist every step of the way.

One of the Best Casino online I had ever came across, very supportive customer support and hassle free payment withdrawals. Only in start it takes a little time around a week but it was a big win which I had won and maybe that was the reason to process they had taken time but finally not my withdrawals are coming on, got till now 20% of my winning and as only first withdrawal takes times and after that its all smooth, I love this casino and Thanks to IGORS, Sebestain, Frank, Dawid, Chris, who are always there to help and give you proper resolution.

The support staff are amazing. Their verification process was so simple and their communication second to none. Payouts are super fast, within 2 hours of withdrawing funds they are in my account. They have all the latest games. their servers are fast and have well thought out promotions.

This will be my second review for Twin, but it deserves it! I love the game variety, the look of the site, and my #1 like has got to be to their Support team! They are kind and helpful, and all my questions are always addressed. This casino is fun, fair and now one of my favorites.

The Games don’t play like they do on other sites. I have deposited probably 7-8 times more on this site in the last few weeks, than my other 2 sites, and have withdrawn about 4 times more $ on the other sites. I find ( 97% of the times I deposit) I’m triggering free spins on games 0-1 times with little wins. Just a lot of dead spins, day after day.
