I decided to try Twin yesterday because I had a $10 prepaid voucher to use and Twin accepted $10 deposits to receive their match offer and bonus spins; others would not offer a match at $10.
Well, so far I played with $10 + $10 match and got 40 bonus spins on day 1, won about $350, withdrew $250 last night, went to bed then woke up to an email from Twin that my withdrawal was approved, and another one from the processor that they had received the withdrawal request.
That was super fast! It will probably be tougher to make withdrawals if my winnings are bigger (telling from experience with other casinos), but maybe not.

I previously left a positive review due to fast cashouts however recently things have changed.. it has been over 72 hours an my payment is still pending... I'm playing on other casino sites to avoid risk losing my cashout which I have loaded up but its taking forever.

I had a number of issues with TwinCasino unfortunately. After a win, I requested a withdrawal using the same method of deposit (mastercard). They email me telling me that not only was it rejected by my credit card company, but that my account needed also to be verified. I understand being verified but find it strange that they wouldn't tell me I needed to be verified before my bank rejected it.
The put the money back into my account and I started the process of verification. I send all the documents to them and get this message: " Hey Kevin, Thanks for sending over those documents, we have received your Proof of address and it was positively verified, however your ID is expired and you also need to send back side of your Credit card with 4 corners shown.
Kindly send :
Proof of Address:
- A copy of a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your name, address and date of issue. By recent we mean not older than 3 months and it's also important to mention that we won't accept a mobile bill as utility bill. back side of your Credit card with 4 corners shown."
I did have to re-do the credit card, but it made no sense they told me my my address was positively verified, and then ask me to send proof of address again. Then they tell me my license is expired when it expires on my birthday in September. They then acknowledge over live chat they made a mistake in reading my license information wrong. Due to these delays, I deposited more. Granted they did compensate me for it with a bonus, but it was still aggravating.
I then sent a request to withdraw via Wire transfer. I put in all the information, and even went on LiveChat to make sure I had it right. One of the LiveChat agents didn't know about one of the address fields if it was the bank's address or mine, went to check with someone, and came back. I told the ;LiveChat agent everything I had entered (ie: what each box meant) and he said it was correct.
I took a print screen shot showing their reply to me plus that I had all the information filled out.
One week later, still no deposit and now LiveChat basically can't help expect ask you to wait by email, and each reply takes about 2-3 business days. I then get this email:
Hey Kevin,
Thank you for your email.
Kindly note the payment provider confirmed the withdrawal failed as the account details were missing the bank/branch code.
We have forwarded this withdrawal request to the relevant department for manual bank transfer and as soon as it has been processed from our end we will contact you back again via email.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!"
That concerns me as I'm staring at the screenshot of the information I sent them, and it was included, 100% no ifs and or buts about it. i then write them this email:

How this works is, the provider (Inpay) completes the transaction. (FYI:We cannot see any information you enter on the withdrawal form). In this case, your branch code was wrong therefore Inpay wasn't able to send the funds. Finally this withdrawal ended up being a manual bank transfer due to the player account is being closed. Either way, it's important to re-iterate that our players and your funds/winnings withdrawals are important to us. All these things together work towards the player experience. Only thing so far that I can think off is that they don't offer INSTADEBIT as a means to deposit. And no fault of their own, there was a glitch in the system when I went to withdraw some winnings.
