Absolutely amazed how this casino still has an MGA license and how they got it in the first place. my experience is that they really do everything in their power to delay the withdrawal until you cancel and lose it all. the verification went fairly quickly but then the problems started, had a large withdrawal that went more than 48 hours without being approved, despite several contacts with the live support and standard answers "we apologize for the delay" and "we will contact management to prioritize your withdrawal" absolutely nothing happened. this is as frivolous as it gets and I see no reason to play here as there are better MGA alternatives with much higher RTP as well. Strongly advise against Twin!

Twin Casino has a good variety of payment methods and all my withdrawals were carried out in an instant. Also, the free bonuses given when you level up in their VIP program are always welcome.

I wish the bonuses had a lower minimum threshold for the BRL currency. I'm not a high roller and my deposits are usually low and frequent. Other than that, all good.

Terrible slow verification and withdrawal process- wait times. The site had a glitch upon my first attempt to withdrawal via ewallet, had to wait 24 hours for them to fix the glitch in order to be able to request it again, then had to wait another 24 hours for them to request my Muchbetter documents to verify, now have to wait again for those to be approved and have my withdrawal approved ( it’s a small amount withdrawal). I’m used to waiting 2-3 hours tops for verification, so it’s quite frustrating. I had asked them to allow me to verify a week ago, and they won’t allow you to verify until they request it. It’s just overall frustrating to deal with them, but it’s quite easy to deposit and play.

Only thing so far that I can think off is that they don't offer INSTADEBIT as a means to deposit. And no fault of their own, there was a glitch in the system when I went to withdraw some winnings. These guys really do set themselves apart from the rest of the online joints. Their customer care is impeccable. Twin casino I've known for a while but for some reason I never signed up with them. Lately I've seen some great feedback for them from other players, and that of course made me more interested in trying them out myself. Then at the end I went to play Book of Dead, with a few 1eur bets, which are untypical for me, but I was hoping for a quick boost. That didn't happen and I soon lost my remaining balance.

Overall I think that Twin is a great casino- the mobile casino is effortless and looks great. The games weren't lagging and no technical errors occurred. Aside from that, the casino has interesting leveling up rewards as well as weekend races, so I'll be playing there more to see if I can benefit from these features. I'd recommend them.

Support said they would submit a ticket regarding this issue for me, and someone would get back to me in 7hrs. How convenient.

This certainly isn't the case at Twin. The casino manager Kasper is very active in player communities, listening to complaints, suggestions, general whining and ranting and the occasional kudos as well. More than just being an active sounding board though it;s easy to see that he is committed to making Twin a site that players call home and want to return to over and over again as new suggestions are implemented, terms and conditions are tweaked and bonuses/promos are adjusted to meet the players desires.

in very short order after becoming a depositor the VIP manager Alex, an instantly likeable and quite affable fella, fired me off an email to introduce himself.. This despite the fact I had lifetime deposits of less than $100 and after a couple lucky sessions withdrawals totaling almost 4 times that.. and to top it off, he added some extra spins to my account to welcome me.. Unheard of behavior in my experience. Many of my frequent haunts are happy to toss me some freebies when I'm losing.. but that generosity well typically runs dry as soon as I begin to approach even, yet alone come out ahead..

Good Looking Casino from the feedback looks like they payout .....good selection of games seems to run smooth time will tell if it stands but so far so good I'm not amazed but the staff seem friendly I'll stop there.

I won 4000€ from a 100€ deposit and decided to withdraw it, but they wouldn't accept my proof of residence... I tried sending a couple of papers that stated where I live without successes. Ended up playing away all of it since you can't lock a withdraw. I don't think I will play here again due to the fact that you can't lock a cash out and that getting verified is so hard if you have a pending withdrawal.

I deposited with paysafe card and i want to withdraw, they ask me to create a ecopayz account then deposit with ecopayz before being able to withdraw. Bull...it, that means you have to apply for a credit card, then create ecopayz and deposit to ecopayz and then use it to deposit to twin casino woow. Every single casino has the bank withdraw option.

Relatively new casino with great looking site part of Oring LTD casinos which I didn't know they are sister casino or owned by the same firm as Oddsring casino which is another great casino I have been playing.
